Glaze started chipping after first use
We are extra careful and hand wash this pot but the glaze still continues to chip even with very infrequent use. I think the pot can’t handle the cooking heat, which defeats the purpose of the pot. Not worth the money!

Great steamer, but basket is warping already
This is an awesome steamer and we decided to keep it, but the basket started warping after just a few uses. I’m not sure if this is normal. It’s still functional and we continue to use it, but I didn’t expect the basket to warp at all, especially so soon after purchasing it.

beautiful steamer set
Would have given 5 stars if cover/lid hadn't arrived with scratches on the top and 2" scuff mark on the rounded edge. For the price there shouldn't be any flaws like this. Beautiful steamer set though and very heavy duty. Had no problem using it on a gas stove. Waffled between the large and extra-large size and am glad I got the extra-large.
