Good value for the money

I a property where turning the water on and off has become routine. I was tired of looking for someone to help with turning my water on and off. This tool is the right size and price. The tool performs and is very durable.

I purchased this product for times of an emergency for a neighbor or myself. Although it hangs in the garage and is never used; I am glad I spent the money and have it. Flooding the streets and or the house is not what I call being prepared for an emergency. I rather pay twenty dollars and have it than not to! The water bill and house damage is a lot more expensive.

Works as advertised. There's not much that can go wrong or disappoint with a tool like this!

I live in a poorly maintained rental (the housing market is tough y’all) and have had several water problems.
