It is a very surprising flavor in my kombuchas. It is a flavor many like but can't name. It pairs well with my champain and camomile teas.

My German red cabbage (Rotkohl) called for these. They’re super fragrant, exactly what you want with spices! In fact I live in the city so it’s downright aroma therapy since they have a lovely other country or pine Forrest but different scent.And yes, adding them to my recipe took it into another hemisphere of sophisticated flavor even most restaurants wouldn’t bother with :)

I use these for extractions, fermentations, and various recipes. They are also great in making potpourri. I can pick these right outside the door, which is great when they are in season. These are perfectly dried, fresh as can be, and full of flavour. I don't mind buying something I can do myself if it is a better quality and saves time!
