Love it! Replaced my Clarisonic.
I was a Clarisonic user for years but I much prefer this cleansing device. There are no brushes to replace and the charger does not take up room on my vanity. I use it as instructed with my cleanser but I also use the brush side to work in my serum and lotion. Then I follow up with the warm side to finish up.

Never worked right
Was excited when I got this because I thought it was a good product. I charged it up and the heat light came on but it never heated and it never vibrated. Very disappointed given the price of this product. Would not recommend

Waste of money
Do not.buy this - less than 4 months old and it won’t hold a charge. Of course it’s too late to return.
