Q: What is the difference between the pro and standard version?

Both do the same thing/work the same way. The pro version has casing around the buckles and more textured pad. I have the regular version and it works perfectly. Have strapped 3 boards on my VW Golf no problem. Could probably fit more. Also works for snowboards. Don't see much advantage to the premium version (unless you are afraid of scratching your room, hasn't happened to me though).

Q: Will this securely fit on roof with flush mount rails?

If the flush mount rails aren't too high, it may work to secure the straps through the 4 doorways -- if they are very high (tall) it might interfere with how the boards sit on the car. You do need to have 4 doorways though to run the straps through the car.

Q: Any advise if these will work on a tesla model 3? the doors don't have a solid frame on top...and the roof is naked and glass. thanks in advance.

I wouldn't recommend these for your Tesla Model 3, they won't work with those doors.
