Good overall
It's working perfectly and what's important it doesn't have big holes on the trays comparing to some other brands, so you can actually steam garden beans and corn for example without it falling thru.

It is very difficult to take out the stock water tank without spilling. The plastic trays are getting the colors from carrot type vegetables.
