Came apart too easily.

This is a great hack if you have jeans that are too loose. Just clip these on your pants for your desired tightness and they’ll fit perfectly!

Because the jeans had several layers of fabric where the button was to be attached, the posts of all the replacement buttons I found were barely long enough. My first purchase was of the type that is very popular because no tools are required. It sounded great, but they were not strong enough to be secure with that thick fabric. So, I ordered these without much hope of them being long enough to be any better. It did take a little bit of pressure to turn the tool (which is included with the buttons) but not enough to be a problem. The jeans have been worn and washed a few times now and the button is still secure. I would recommend purchasing these instead of the no-tool-required style because your jeans are likely thick as well.

I purchased these and thought they were great until they started popping apart. I would put it together again, it would be OK for awhile, then pop apart again. After a few times of doing this, the back wouldn't even stay on anymore- I could just pull it apart. I end up throwing it away and starting again with a new one (I really only use these on 1 pair of shorts). They are pretty inexpensive, so I could but another pack after I go through all 4, but I'd rather pay more for ones that hold forever!

I bought these to help with my jeans and shorts that didn’t fit quite right and they have been so helpful! They are so easy to use and are such a great price! they are very stable and can go through a wash and not budge! They look just like real buttons and they help make your pants fit great!!

Honestly ive used these since i was 16 (im 20 now), they are so convenient for my jeans. it fixes the waist gaps i dont want.
