If you wear a womens 9 you would have to get a mens 7 . 2 sizes down

My husband usually wears a 10.5 and he’s wondering if he should get the 10 Or 11? He has long narro feet as I said 19 because I know they can stretch like mine did. I ordered a 9 1-2 women’s and if I don’t wast socks they fall off me feet. That’s why I recommend a 10. Y’all please hone me an opinion for him! He’s wanting to flag ones for his birthday!
