Kreg KMA4000-E Portable Crosscut, Blue

I love this tool! As a novice woodworker I appreciate its simplicity. It’s easy to use and well made. The instructions for use are clear and easy to follow. It works on a variety of board widths. Kreg is quality you can rely on.

Kreg deliveries as usually, it works great and helps keep the cuts straight. Durable product, grips the surface and doesn't slide, it would not do as delivered for making straight cuts with another material, it would be to heavy and way more expensive.

This tool allows you to cut multiple sizes of wood straight or at a 45. Seems durable and it grips the wood so it will not slip while cutting. I have cut 2x6's with it and it fit well and functions like it should. Money well spent.

Every wood worker should have this tool ! It's great Kreg quality. Very handy for circular saw to make straight cuts and 45s. Make your life easier and makes projects better to boot.

Easy to figure out and use. Beats drawing a line and assuming your cut will be straight. I've used normal 90/45 squares before but always worried about fingers.

Only for right aligned saw. Pretty useless if you have a left aligned saw, it’s much faster and cheaper to use speed square

Had some 2 x 4's to cut and it worked!

ちょっとした材をササッと切るにはとてもいい製品です。ゲージの部分がフラフラと動くので合わせ方に工夫がいりますが、うまくやると0.1mm位の誤差範囲内で合わせられたりします。ポテンシャル高い製品だと思います。 合わせ方を参考まで １，適当な材に定規をしっかりクランプして切る ２, 切ったらクランプしたまま切り口に端材を押し当て端材にゲージが当たるように調整する。 切った材で調整するのがコツです。丸ノコの刃に当てて調整すると微妙な狂いが出ます。

Anwendungsbeschreibung etwas zu knapp, um “Try and Error” Methode auszuschließen. Ggf. mindestens ärgerlich. 🤨

Una gran compra por un precio muy accesible. No soy carpintero experto y cada herramienta que pueda ayudarme a hacer mi trabajo más fácil y rápido es muy apreciable. Una vez intenté hacer este tipo de escuadra pero tardé mucho tiempo en hacer que fuera realmente cuadrada con pedazos de madera que me sobraban. Fue una pérdida de tiempo después de hacer uso de esta escuadra Kreg. Al ser Kreg es garantía (ya tengo 7 herramientas Kreg con éste) y la calidad es para valorarse. Está hecha de plástico y aunque hay videos en YT donde la avientan y no se rompe al caer, la verdad no lo haría. La configuración es muy rápida y el resultado de corte perfecto a 90° es al primer intento. Soy diestro y me acomodé muy bien, pero también está diseñada para zurdos. 100% recomendable para tener en tu arsenal de herramientas. Suerte!

Great square for cutting with your portable circular saw. Doesn't slip and plenty to hold while cutting. However, when setting up the cut line indicator (the reason I purchased it) it doesn't extend far enough out to my cut line (about 30mm too short). The saw I purchased it for was the small Dewalt 54v - not a big saw. So if you're buying for the cut line indicator don't bother - it won't reach.

Easy to set up cross cuts and use - this is not cheap but well worth the money and is safe to use keeping your fingers out of the way and safe for another day!!
