Well written and organized
Great resource. This book is well written and organized. It provides information for 10 of ther most worthwhile supplements an athlete can take to fill any dietary holes and of course provide their body with the necessary macro/micro nutrients to enhance muscle growth or aid in fat loss. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is not yet familiar with supplements. Not knowing enough about the supplements you take can make more harm than good. Great read!

The truth about supplements.
I must be honest, when i bought this book I just wanted to confirm my assumptions about fitness supplements. I do fitness from a year ago and a lot of people had recommended me taking supplements that improve my performance and I refused completely. I thought all supplements were diluted drugs that would produce severe bad effects in my body and this book would be able to confirm my assumption. I feel quite ashamed to have judged without knowing. The truth is that supplements goes far beyond the taboo of taking hormones. This guide changed my point of view.Not only it explains the hundreds of benefits you will see in your body in a few weeks but your entire immune system becomes stronger. It's like a little help to detoxify your body of all the bad things you've eaten for years. Of course this book explains in detail how you should drink supplements, the types of shakes that can find and which are specifically for the type of exercise you do.Such a comprehensive guide that I have recommended to my friends. I know that this guide was designed for men but I'm a women and this book has opened my eyes and helped me to get off this horrible and prejudiced taboo about supplements

I purchased this book for my significant other, who is totally into fitness and is always looking for ways to improve his physical appearance through exercise and nutrition. Naturally I take interest in anything that would affect his health, so I decided to read the book myself. The book provides comprehensive, easy to read information on the 10 most beneficial supplements for men and how they can help to get that sexy physique that you desire. What I like most about the book is that it gives a complete overview of the supplements their benefit, uses and precautions. Reading this book will help any man on the quest for a safe and healthy way to build lean muscles by complementing their diet with supplements to achieve their goals. The author goes as far as to telling you which workout programs goes best with the supplements, for example creatine is good for short repetitive workouts as opposed to aerobics. Well written facts on supplements that I know will benefit anyone who wants to increase their knowledge as well as use supplements in a safe and effective way.

Superb!
Very good book on supplement! I work out regularly and wanted to improve my physique even more. When you search on-line you get like thousands of supplements, most of them do not work. I almost gave up, but then I found this book. I already notice results! Very recommended if you want to improve you body or health!

Highly Recommended
I believe that before taking anything into your body, you should have a through understand of what it will do to you. This was a great book that explored some of the key supplements for men interested in fitness. I like how the author not only covered the positive effects, but also the potential side effects so that as a reader, I could know the full story. Highly Recommended

Will recommend it to my brother
I found this book while I was browsing through Amazon. I instantly thought about my brother while I was reading the cover and summary of this book. He's a bit lanky as of now and he's been trying to gain more weight and build muscles. I'm planning to give this to him so that he can read and learn more about how he can best do his body building. The book contains proven steps and strategies on how to choose the right supplements to achieve one's goal. Also, the book will teach you about the top ten supplements for men, and how it can help tto get the best shape possible through invaluable information and tips to gain lean muscle and have strong, muscular physique.

It's okay
Personally I found the information to be easily sought from the internet rarther than the book. The book does include alot of supplement advice etc but it can all be found on the internet anyway.

What a Lazy, Uneducated Author!!
Definatly NOT the ULTIMATE SUPPLEMENT guide for men! This book and its information is very, very basic. I would only recommend this product if you are only just beginning to learn about supplements. It may work as a very first learning step then. However... The advise it gives is about the same as the info provided on google, ( at best) except in this book it’s all very low on detail and in some cases incorrect. For example, it states iron supplements come in only tablet or capsule form. Knowing this is incorrect.....The author is too lazy to write about how It can also be purchased as an oral spray, liquid drops and gummies. The author writes in an extra large font as an excuse to not detail his findings…and the amount of blank pages in this book also suggests to me such a lazy author who could not be bothered to add more useful information about the supplements and their effects, or the other reason would be to prove they just don’t have the knowledge on this subject! Example: Chapter 19- vitamins that are good for a mans sex life: first of all, he should have titled it as supplements for this chapter, not vitamins, as he briefly describes amino acids and minerals as well as vitamins! That being said, in total, he only describes an obvious 6! There are dozens you could read up about, and he briefly mentions just 6!Again, this proves either a lazy author, or an uneducated one.My guess is both!!Look up Sarah Brewers The Essential Guide To Vitamins, Minerals and Herbal supplements. That’s worth the money you spend. Don’t waste your time or money on this.Pathetic!
