Basic problems need to be fixed
I really do like these jeans, they are comfortable. I know they are "entry-level" jeans, but the problems are should be easy fixes.1) the pockets for the knee protectors are too low. absolutely ridiculous - just put them where they need to be2) the inseam is short. The 32" waist fits me perfectly, but the inseam is barely long enough. It's fine when I stand, but when I'm on my bike, they are about 2" short. I wear tall boots so it works, but if you aren't going to offer options on the inseam - **make the inseam longer!*** People with shorter legs could easily have it tailored to the correct length, but there is no way to extended with it looking terrible.actual inseam length - 31.5"Waist size - ca. 34.5"I can't do anything about the short inseam, but to get the knee armor to stay in the correct place, I sewed the bottom of the armor pocket so that the knee armor can't drop down, which gets it barely high enough - it really should be 1" higher but the pocket doesn't allow it to set any higher. (SAS-Tex EXO armor in the knees CE level 2.) There is velcro inside the pocket, but I couldn't get velcro to stick to the armor.Using Halvarsson's thin level-2 hip protectors. No complaints that works great and is very comfortable and completely invisible. The Sas-tec phantom armor would probably work to.The knee armor does turn to the inside when I'm on the bike, but it still covers my knees, I reposition it occasionally to get it to cover my knee better.suggestions for improvement1. fix the inseam length2. Move the pockets for the knee armor higher.3. please include a pocket for tailbone armor4. Please ditch the ridiculous reflective piece, it's totally pointless. Even if the jeans were too long, I wouldn't roll them up so that the black mesh lining showed, which is the only way the reflective piece shows.

Long, and little baggy but comfortable
I’m 5’8” 175lbs these are 32” waist but compared to a Levi’s 32” they fit more like a 30”. The in seem is 34” I normally wear a 32” x 30” hope this helps.

Pad Placement is Bad
These jeans really are pretty comfortable. The Cordura is much softer than I would've thought it could be considering its strength. The Kevlar liner is also not bad. I would say they also run small. I wear a 32" waist and ended up needing to get the 34" in these.HOWEVERLike many others are saying, the placement of pad holders really suck. The hip pad pockets actually sit around my upper thigh, and the "knee" pocket might as well really be called shin guards. See attached photo. It half defeats the purpose of these jeans. I guess wearing these will likely keep all my skin attached so it can hold all the fragments of my shattered kneecaps if I wipe out and slide down the highway...🙄

Sizes are a rough estimate
Nice pants. Made well. However, they’re made for a short fat guy (I purchased size 34). I’m neither short nor fat, so I won’t wear them.If you’re short and fat, perhaps a size 34 is for you.

Great Value Motorcycle Jeans
If you are a borderline waist size, get the larger size. I'm normally a 34, went with a 36 and these are snug, as if they were my normal 34's. I'm an athletic build and I like my jean a bit baggier than just 'straight', so that is where my issues lie with these jeans. Otherwise, for the price, they are worth it, especially for the protection they offer.I bought 3DO CE 2 armor for the hips and knees. The hip pads feel good, but do add some tightness to the overall fitment around the waist and like others have said, the knee pad pockets sit low when walking, but when on the bike, they put the pads right over your knees, where they actually should be...now, if you go down, hopefully they will be there as well.Improvements: - baggier fit...these are riding jeans and having your "junk" getting squashed like grapes in a wine press, gets uncomfortable pretty fast...sorry ladies for the word picture. - an adjustable knee pad pocket, the velcro is a nice touch, but probably only works with certain pads, the 3DO pads don't work with it. I'm sure you can modify the pocket to suit your needs though. - Hip pockets can twist when putting the jeans on, which lets the hip pad be reversed...2 simple stitches would remedy this.Overall, if you want to get into some Kevlar lined riding jeans and don't want to spend over $200+ like most other brands, these are well worth the investment if you can cope with the minor shortcomings. You can always skip the padding as well. I've only had them for a month or so, but I am happy to have some protective jeans and feel safer for it. I'm sure the "perfect" riding jean exists if you want to spend some serious coin, but for my $$, these are definitely worth the investment for what you get.

Almost Perfect
I bought these pants based some some of the previous reviews. First, they look and feel great. They are somewhat heavier than standard denim jeans so keep that in mind. I would also consider getting a size up, I normally wear a 34 and they were VERY snug in the waist and butt, they do relax a little, so I’m this as an incentive to drop a couple pounds. Some reviews stated the legs were very baggy, it may the size I ordered, but if you don’t skip leg day, they’re a good fit around the thighs, if not a little snug at first; I was able to get the hip armor installed and wear them and they were mostly comfortable after they relaxed. As many others have said, the knee armor pouch is useless. The top of the armor started below my kneecap. So if you want shin guards go ahead and use the armor pads for that. All in all I think these pants are a good buy, they look good, feel comfortable, and won’t break the bank. I haven’t tested their durability and hopefully won’t have to for some time. There are some reviewers that have put their bike down while wearing these pants and were quite happy with the outcome, so take that for what’s it worth.

They fit as I expected
I normally wear 30W to 32W jeans, and these Scorpion jeans size 32, fits like any other 32W jeans. I'm 6' tall, and the cuffs touch the floor, and come up around my ankle while riding sport bike. Being 145 pounds, the thighs are plenty roomy. The cuff (measured flat) is 8" across. Top to crotch seam is 11". Comfy enough to ride in.
