Before I decided to buy this one, I did a research on amazon, most of other sellers or products have chemical issue. After I read LitoTree’s reviews I decided to buy from them. And it has no chemical smell at all and really comfortable! Highly recommended!

I've had pretty bad computer neck for the past several months and was waking up stiff and sore every morning. We recently got a new & improved mattress, which helped a lot, but I couldn't get my pillow situation figured out. Traditional contour pillows didn't work for me at all--they held my head way too high off the bed--and the least painful solution I'd found was to bunch up feather pillow under my neck. I was looking for an option that was more predictable, and didn't require me to squish my pillow into the perfect shape every night.Enter the neck roll--I was worried that it would be too tall for me (I'm a petite 5'4"), but it turned out to be an okay height. The one thing I didn't like was that it felt pretty hard, and it took a while for me to get to sleep. The next morning, though, I woke up PAIN FREE. Incredible.I used it several more nights and really had a difficult time getting to sleep because it was so hard, but I also felt much, much better in the mornings. What to do?I emailed the company and they offered to send me a softer version, free of charge. I fell asleep on it immediately and slept like a baby, but interestingly, my neck wasn't quite as pain-free with the softer pillow.Now, I'm alternating between the two. Soft when I really need to get to sleep quickly, hard when I'm pretty sleepy already or don't need to fall asleep right away. Between the two, my neck and shoulders feel better than they've felt in months.In short, I'm REALLY happy with this purchase, and really impressed by the level of customer service from this company. Would definitely buy again.

This round pillow totally exceeded my expectations! I am so very pleased! It's actually described more as a cervical and lumbar pillow, but I am carrying this around the house with me...lol! I use it under my knees when I'm on the couch with my legs propped on the foot stool, behind my neck to watch TV, and I take it to bed with me to prop my arm to eliminate shoulder pain. I think I need 3 more! It was delivered within 48 hours of placing my order, and is actually a little larger than I expected...but the size is PERFECT for me! And, it is soooo soft! The craftsmanship seem to be high quality, and I like that it has a removable, washable cover. This was just what I looking for and I plan on buying more and recommending to my friends! I have a demanding job and need to spend hours in front of laptop every day. There are several neck rolls in my home from generic products from Walmart to brand name item under Samsonite. I am glad that I tried this one out. It simply beats any other rolls and feels therapeutic. The roll is soft to the skin and yet firm enough to support the joint. Very very comforting.

I sleep on a raised bed, so a normal pillow doesnt work. I was using a wrapped up towel for months until my neck got so sore. After the first few nights, most of my neck pain is gone. I work in a office all day so my bad posture doesnt help, but this pillow saved my sanity and neck. I sleep on my back and my head rests on its side sometimes, but the pillow supports it either way i turn during sleep. I need my sleep and this pillow helped me big time.Update: 7 months later, the firmness is gone and my neck is back to aching...

My husband's TV job means work shifts at odd times... and also means that I fall asleep on the couch on a regular basis. My neck was threatening to go live with a woman of normal hours, so I bought it this pillow. What a change! It offers comfort and support, and my "pain in the neck" was gone in a couple of days. Cleanup is easy, and the memory foam is most accommodating. I have the 18" x 6" pillow, and I love it!

I needed to find a pillow that emulated my towel neck roll - fold a towel in half twice (2nd fold is a cross fold).The problem was, the towel would come unraveled during the evening, and this caused back pain in the morning.I found this pillow and after looking through the several pillow options, I thought, ok, small, medium or large. I will choose the medium (4.5"). The medium arrived quickly and I tried it out right away. I knew after laying on it after a few minutes that it was almost right, but just a bit too thick. Trying out that evening, confirmed my situation...it was too thick & I couldn't fall asleep, my neck was hurting a bit.So- I emailed LitoTree customer service (earlier that day) & was surprised to get an answer the same day. They suggested ordering the 3.5" (smaller) size and let them know how it went.I ordered the smaller size (3.5") and it was the perfect size and 'firmness'. Pillow is very nice. After sleeping on it for a few nights now, I can tell it will work for me.I emailed back LitoTree, and they refunded the purchase of the 4.5' pillow -- customer service done right. I was very impressed.The towel I was using as a pillow has now been washed and is being used in the bathroom, like it should be.

I bought the 18x3.5 inch pillow. For reference, I am 5'4 and it was the perfect size for me. Get the bigger one if you're taller. After one night of using the pillow I could tell my neck and shoulder felt less compressed and with more mobility in my neck. It takes a minute to adjust to it but it was worth not having a stiff neck in the morning. It works if you're a side sleeper too.I would highly recommend if you have neck and/or shoulder issues.

The product is of good quality, quite firm. I like the fact that it is short, I bought the smallest one. I can use it as neck support, with my feather pillow. I have been actually using it as support between my knees when I sleep on the side. It doesn't have the nasty smell that some memory foam products do. To relieve the pain it must be used on a regular basis, for a longer period of time (3-4 months). It takes time for a bulged disk to cure. The neck support cannot be very comfortable as in nature, they are quite firm and so is this product.

I have been using this product for a few months now. I used to have neck pain due to sitting and working too long in front of my computer. I place it together with my pillow stuffed in a pillow case. So my head rests on the pillow and my neck rests on the neck roll. After a night's sleep my neck feels much better. This pillow is really therapeutic for the neck. The height of the neckroll is important to that one can rest his/her neck nicely on the neck pillow while still placing head on normal pillow. This pillow is of perfect height. It took a week or so to get used to. Once done, its really helpful. Highly recommended !

Nice size for back support I just would hove liked it a bit more firm, Nicely made.

Hard and uncomfortable. I threw it in the garbage yesterday after trying to make it work for me.

I like the pillow firmness, neck and back support and comfort it provides. Perhaps, it is overpriced. Regardless of that I still recommend it. George
