How long is the minimum lifetime to expiration date that you sell?

I bought Maxell SR621SW batteries in 2016. It is specified "Use be 02/2020" on the battery package. So, lifetime is about 4 years. Last time I replaced battery in my watches on June, 2019. It works fine.

Are batteries stamp dated.

They do not have a production date code, however they do have a "Use By" date behind each battery on the back of the package. Mine says "Use By 2024".
