Best technology iron I have ever used, low price and best product.

Leaks water and creates more creases
Firstly the ironing plate doesn't glide like my old Bosch iron, creating crease as you iron but the most annoying thing that it does is spew water out ( even if you fill below the max) all over your clothes. Would not recommend at all.

Sole Plate is not reliable
Sole Plate is not reliable, claiming warranty from Salama is very difficult, they simply don't reply, my additional warranty money is simply wasted. Iron was good for one year, second year soleplate issue and body is slightly melting due to heat. Sole plate design is also damaging clothes.

Worst iron in year it leaks water from water inlet
During maneuvering, water leaks from the water inlet and goes inside the iron body. I suspect this will cause iron to burn one day easily, which happened with Tefal and Philips as well. I never fill the iron tank more than the max sign, but the iron design is a typical design that every famous brand is copying without any innovation and therefore all irons with this design have this issue.

Iron came used with water inside!!
Iron came used with water, I opened the cap .. that was completely wet as well !! Truly disappointed as paid the price for a new item and got a used one!
