Good product I've known for years, at a fair price
I worked my way through college drywall finishing in my brother's company. We had a few brands of knives, and goldblatt was one of them. I was happy to find this set at a fair price. Having the right stiffness is important when finishing drywall, and these blades have the flex I'm used to.Also, for those reviewers who complain about tarnishing or rusting.. we always hated using shiny new knives, because the mud would slide right off them. We would leave them out w/ a little wet mud on them to promote rusting, for the express purpose of taking the finish off the blade. It took a bit of work to break in a new knife, but made them easier to use, because they'd hold the mud better. Expect a little rust. Just scrape your blades against each other to clean it off before each use, and dry them when you clean up at the end of the day.

They RUST just looking at 'em
I thought they blades felt pretty good in my hand, but when I went to clean the one I had used, I let them drip dry and in the morning it was RUSTED ... I sent them back.I have a 4" blade that I have used for over 20 years that has been drip dried after every use and nary a hint of rust. "Nuff said there.Nope would not recommend these
