RAM MOUNTSRAM-111U-B Marine Electronic Mount with Short Arm Compatible with Garmin, Lowrance, Humminbird + More

Using this for my new sonar. Ran up and down the river full speed, hitting waves, etc. This thing didn't budge. VERY happy and glad I got this thing! I have a Lowrance Hook Reveal 9 and the mounting holes lined up perfectly. You WILL need at least 3 mounting screws for this RAM mount. I used 4 black head stainless steel screws.

According to Ram's recommendations, for the Ultra 10", they recommend the 2.5" ball version which is a whopping $130... yikes! This one, at the time of this writing, was only $50 which is more up my alley. I was concerned that it would not hold up the Ultra 10" but so far, so good! It's borderline of the upper end of the weight limits so if you think you will be running hard offshore with a lot of wave pounding then this may not do it for you (in other words, get the larger model). But, if you're on a budget and don't mind the possibility of making little adjustments as needed (I have not needed to so far), then this is a great budget mount. Bolt patterns fit perfectly on the Ultra 10".

Pretty solid fish finder mount, made from cast aluminum with the ball dipped in rubber. Mounted it on an Old Town Sportsman Kayak without any trouble. Mounting bolts and nuts not included, I went with SS #10x24x1” bolts and locking nylon nuts to fit my Garmin mount, and #12x1” SS screws for the hull mounting ball. Used Lexel sealant under the hull mount to prevent water intrusion. Pretty satisfied with this, haven’t tested it yet but will update if there are any issues.

Good stability, but not enough to leave Lowrance 9 elite ti2 on while transporting from home to lake. Be nice If they included mounting screws.

This mount handles my 7" Garmin sonar and was easy to mount on my Bass Tracker. One large wing nut allows you to make quick adjustments if you decide to change the viewing angle as you move about your boat..

I used this to mount my Garmin 742 chartplotter on my sailboat. The round base mates, without modifying, with a RAM swingout-type mount that I already had installed and used for my old fishfinder that I was replacing. The rectangular base mates with my new chartplotter, also without drilling any holes.This device allows me to tuck my GPS back in its corner inside the cabin out of the way when I’m in port. For sailing, I loosen the knob and raise the GPS for optimum viewing from the cockpit with the RAM arm swung out. All this adjusting takes only a few seconds. It could hardly be more perfect for my needs.And, of course, the RAM quality goes without saying.
