This is a beast! Worka so dang well and our fry-day Fridays have been much improved. It's so easy and quick to make fries for the family. It's very sturdy and durable. Definitely recommend.

Likes: well constructed, heavy duty materials, proper lock washers, strong wing nuts, sharp blades, built to last. I will be screwing the chopper to a heavy weight board as this will be better than using the suction cups for my set up. People with granite type tops will find the suction cups work well. My work surfaces are all wood, so screwing in is better. I have nicknamed the chopper the "Green Dog" as it looks like a green bulldog when stored on the counter. I have used hard to chop veggies such as big carrots, big radish, hard potatoes and it chopped through everything with little effort. Some strength is required to pull the lever. I have a lot of arthritis and am able to use the chopper. I do agree with the manufacturer that mounting on a vertical wall would make operating the lever easier as your body has more strength pulling down than pulling sideways. I expect that this chopper will easily last 20+ years with a bit of care and handling. I really like having the choice of 4 chopper blades from thin fries shapes to bigger wedges.

Es un aparato de buena calidad, es algo pesado y grande y para limpiar y cambiar las cuchillas es algo engorroso pero sus dados para diferentes cortes de papa están muy bien. Siento que con un poco de más de filo estaría mucho mejor.
