What type of paint is used? Is it non toxic?

It has a clear sealant on it. There is no warning of a toxic chemical in the paperwork that came with it.

Does this fold flat in one motion or would I need to disassemble one part ?

The three pieces fold down flat without needing to take anything apart. Very quick and easy.

Will this really hold a 100 Lb. Child? Buying for younger kids, but we also have an older child.

I don’t know the age of your child . When my nephew was 8 he was 70 lbs it held him well this year he’s 9 . He doesn’t have any interest in it this is really a toy that interests younger kids .my 4 1/2 year old barely plays with it now . He did when he was 3 till about 4 . I don’t think any kid over 9 would any to climb it since they are so much bigger then this toy.

Is there a compatible arch?

Any arch would probably work. I don’t think there is a specific one for it though. I will say, we decided against the arch because the ramp is two sided. We just didn’t really end up needing it. My kids play on it every day ages 1, 4, and 7.
