Doesn't work for me:(

The nose strips were not very strong so were not that effective.The gum shield worked just felt too big for my mouth so was a little uncomfortable for me might be different for someone else.Nose clamps fell off during sleep.And nose plugs worked but didnt have the correct size for me so fell out.

I liked the fact I could try all the methods and the quality of the produces were OK but the nasal strips have a problem in that they appear to work, stopped me snoring, which is great but they do not adhere to the skin through the night. Having tried them now for 4 nights on all occasions they became detached. The adhesive is simply not holding them for the whole night. The nose bungs & clip under the nose did not work. I am yet to try the mouth guard, last resort. I like the nasal strips, easy to apply and no real fuss other than cleaning the skin before application, and they worked, if only they would stay attached all night, such a shame!

Firstly I have to say the product delivered is exactly what was advertised and arrived the day after order.Unfortunately the products had no effect on me snoring whatsoever. The mouthguard even when moulded and fitted properly just left me dribbling uncontrollably through the night and then in the morning when I took it out had terrible pain.The nostril vents did nothing but hurt in the morning.The nasel strips although stuck to my nose all night did not stop me snoring.I have have yet to try the magnetic nose ring but Im not hopeful.The earplugs worked though. I couldn't hear my wife complaining at all.Bit steep 15 quid though for some foam earplugs.All in all it cost me 15 pound to wake up in pain, look like a drooling idiot and the Mrs still annoyed that A) I'm still snoring and B) I've wasted money.But! It was exactly as advertised.

Not worth the money

I admit to making this purchase more in hope than with any expectation. I know that my snoring is loud and it’s been real problem for my partner, who has been tremendously patient and supportive for a long time. Well…..after 3 weeks the results have been incredible. The snoring has stopped and I’ve even noticed the quality of my sleep has improved because of the improved air flow. It’s the mouth guard that has made the biggest difference for me. It took a couple of nights to adjust, particularly the first night which was a bit unnerving to be honest but it’s not natural to go to sleep with something in your mouth! But the results are well worth it. The silicon mouth guard does get softer which helps. It also helps to wash it every night in cold water before use. Well worth £17

I snore. I wish I didn't, but I do. In an attempt to do the right thing I bought this 'selection bucket' of snoring remedies to try to help. In short, most of them I found ineffectual. But, the little nose-ring that has magnets that sits in your nose seems to take the edge off a bit (according to my wife).Has it stopped me snoring...noHave I found value in all the stuff in here...no, most of it was not helpful.But, I've had a slight improvement in my snoring (which probably is the best you can hope for).
