This offering also includes a pair of the 3/4 length insoles that can be moved easily from shoe to shoe and does not require any trimming. The 3/4 length pair is best suited for shoes without an existing insole such as dress shoes. The generic factory supplied insole needs to be removed when inserting the full length Barefoot Science insoles. After removing the generic insole, trim the Barefoot Science insole according to the Instructions and place it in the shoe, making sure it lies flat and flush against the ends and sides of the interior of the shoe.
