Amazon Basics Soft Grip Retractable Utility Knife with 3 Carbon Steel Blades, Quick Change Blade System, Black/Silver

LOVE it’s so sharp and so smooth and I have it under my pillow in case a burglar comes that’s how much faith I have in this box cutter. WAY better than the one I got at target

Does exactly what a razor knife should do. Well made and handy to use

Terrible. The button does not slide so you cannot get the razor out. And when I opened it to see if it was caught on anything, all the blades fell out and it was incredibly difficult to try to fit back together. When I did fit everything back together the button still wouldn't slide to open. Do not buy it. It's dangerous and doesn't work.

It does the job. It has a very comfortable grip. That’s all one can ask of this great device.

You get what you pay for. Not super durable but the blades are very sharp. The piece inside falls apart when you open it to replace the blade.Worth the money for a once in a while use razor at home.Grip feels mediocre, not super soft or anything. Feels semi sturdy but not the best. Blade length is standard.

Very handy- safe- works well- study

Great for price. I use this sucker everyday

The original Amazon design was great, but was a few dollars more expensive; this newer and updated design uses cheaper materials, doesn't have a dedicated blade compartment on the side (you now have to open the entire knife vs. a small, dedicated compartment), and the slide-action is very dangerous in the way it sticks and then suddenly slides forward. This is no longer a 'deal' or a bargain. Save yourself some money in the long-run, and a potential injury, go to Lowe's and spend a few bucks more on a really nice Kobalt utility blade that will last you decades vs. this cheap, piece-of-junk that Amazon just imports from China.

Pues la verdad a mí no me fue nada bienLlegó en buen estado si, pero al intentar abrirla para ver los respuestas de las hojas, se me despedazó casi toda la navaja que ya no pude volver a ensamblarla

Gut & Günstig

All I wanted and needed to keep in kitchen to open Amazon packages. It comes with blade installed and ready to use. Not a puzzling installation like the Dewa-t at more than double the price.

Bought this for all the Amazon boxes I get haha! Having arthritis in my hands kinda means I can’t rip up boxes like I once could. So back to this Stanley knife , well it’s very comfortable to hold by the nice soft grippy bit on the shaft, the quality is of it is rather good !! The blades fit into a little compartment at the back end of the knife and they are very sharp ! So easy to open for the spare blades too , has this little tab that says “press down”. And last but not least , which is my favourite part is the blade retracts by using the slider on the top.A good little piece of kit for my tool bag ! Oh and the price was actually cheaper than a bag of chips haha !!
