I’ve never had this happen before with a vitamin but I’m glad i was paying attention. I got 2 out to take this morning and one had a dark spot in it. I decided it was best to open it to see why it looked different and sure enough a piece of hard plastic was inside. It could have caused serious damage had i ingested it.
