5HTP High Strength 200mg - 5 HTP Supplement 60 Capsules - 200mg 5-HTP Serving from Pure & Undiluted 1:1 Griffonia Seed Extract - Vegan

I started taking the 5HTP capsules 200mg per serving because I frequently wake up and I cannot fall back asleep. I can safely say that these capsules solve my problem; falling back into a deep sleep is much easier for me now and the sleep passed unnoticed. I even fall back asleep if I wake up at 5 am and walk around the house.Just be aware, it's 200mg per serving not per capsule.

These work in terms of handling stress better, but on multiple occasions they’ve made me either feel very very ill, or made me violently throw up. Won’t be buying again. It’s a shame!

The best quality for me, about this product is it's sleepability. Once I take it early in the morning, I can have an early sleep. Next is it's ability to control hunger. I love the fact that I need to remind myself to have a meal during the day, without the unnecessary craving, at certain times during the day.

Its easy to swallow and the effect it it gives is ok, I have been going through various different brands it this one for me hasn't really been up there

These are easy to take whole, though I usually open the capsule and empty half of the powder under my tongue. It tastes fine and works quicker that way, plus the tablets each do two doses!Taken sublingually at around 9pm, I'll feel very sleepy within 30 mins.

Not high strength. Each capsule is 100mg. It’s 200mg per serving which is 2 capsules.I take 2 at night and I am sleeping better

I find the 5HTP help me sleep straight few hours. As well I fall back to sleep quicker and easier. Before I would wake up few times and find difficult to fall back asleep. I found the effectiveness of it after taking capsules from first days

I purchased this as my usual brand was unavailable..my original, Vivanta nutrition, was perfect. Perfect sleep, improved my mood and I recommended it to everyone I possibly could. This brand however, I’m left wondering what it actually contains. After trying 4 other brands (due to availability and increase in my dose) I can genuinely say, I have no idea what is actually in this but I am very, very doubtful it contains 5-HTP at all for the following reasons…• Sleep improvement: Opposite effect…every night I took this, I woke up at least 5 times, which considering I usually sleep fairly well, this actually made my sleep quality worse.• Mood: worse, I actually had a noticeable rise in anger and became short tempered, something which has never been me.Recommendation: Vivanta nutrition or Solgar (which is a tad more pricey, but very effective)
