I bought these ones some months ago but I didn't use them right away as I buy them to use in case of need. Well, a couple of weeks ago I needed to use the cable and unfortunately one of them was not working well. One of the heads (the micro usb one) failed to work, the others worked fine but I needed specifically the one failing. I tried the other one in the pack and it worked like a charm. I contacted the seller right away (Siqiwo) and they replied very fast and offered to send me a new cable. All very fast, no questions asked and no problems at all. I received the cable today, not one but a new packet of two cables. So, if the cable was not working why I say it is a good product? Because it is, I have several cables of different brands and this one feels it is well made. It is not an "el cheapo" cable that simply falls apart the third time you use it. The point is that EVERYTHING can fail, even a Ferrari can break down!, so the thing what happens after something fails. And in this case, I got a solution and it was fast and easy. I'm totally happy with these cables and I will buy more in the future if I need them.

I paid under £8 for two chargers, which is a complete bargain! They are so handy to have, offering three different charging connectors without having to have a tangle of three separate cables and plugs. Lightweight, so they are easily portable. Great for keeping in your laptop bag, taking on holiday, leaving in the guest bedroom at home so visitors can charge whatever devices they have etc. The body unit doesn’t feel the most sturdy and robust - it feels a bit flimsy. And it’s not the most stylish item to look at…but you don’t really need them to be, especially at this price. A downside for me is that the spoiling mechanism for extending and retraction g the cables isn’t always the smoothest. You have to pull both ends (either side of the unit body) for it to work best - if you only pull the side that you’re going to plug in, the cable gets caught up inside (if this happens, just pull both sides out again and it should then sort itself out) But, even when I have done both sides smoothly together, it has sometimes got caught up. It’s also not super speedy at charging. I have another retractable 3 way charger by a different brand that looks more attractive, feels more robust, and charges mega fast. But it was just under £20 for one, so significantly more money than this two pack. If you generally charge your phone up overnight, the slower charging speed probably won’t be an issue (and, to be clear, the speed isn’t awful, there are just some others out there that are faster) If though you often find yourself running low on juice and need to quickly top up in the daytime, it may be worth spending a bit more to get faster charging. Overall though, it’s a very handy item that works well - and you get two! Really good value - happy to recommend!

Absolute value for money. I have never used a charging cable so versatile and convenient. I have different devices so needed a cable that can charge all devices at once. I have used other cables as well. But this one is the best. Doesn't take up any space and is so much value for money... I bought 2 sets after I loved the first one. Works like a charm. Is durable too. I would recommend it to anyone like me who doesn't want to carry many cables around for different devices.

I bought this cable to use when travelling so that I'd only need one cable to charge multiple devices at the same time. I also wanted the cable to be pretty compact without having to manually wind it into a bundle. This product is retractable so can simply be extended by pulling both ends at the same time and also retracted by doing the same again. It curls up into a nice small bundle which is acceptable for travelling, fit nicely into my backpack pocket and also not too bulky in my cargo pant pocket. I have been able to charge 3 devices at once with this cable using a high output usb port which is awesome, all devices with depleted batteries were at 100% charge after being connected overnight. Of course the more power you supply the faster the charge will be and the less devices you connect the less the power has to be shared, so again resulting in a faster charge. I bought two of these one for my devices and one for the wife. Neither of us have any complaints and I would be happy to purchase more of these. I have not tried this as a data sync cable yet and only used it for charging my devices so I cannot comment on how this performs but will update this review at a later date with more info about that. Note: If you buy this make sure you pull both ends at the same time to open and close it, dont just pull one end on it's own as this will break the retracting mechanism.

When they arrived one of the reels didn't catch, so wouldn't stay out to length. The reels are ok but not very sturdy in the hands of careless people (in the kitchen). The cord is good quality and it will happily charge a couple of items attached together on one cord. I'm happy with the function, but nit of the retractable reel. It's not a deal breaker for me as I'm the only OCD person in the house and I have to compromise to survive...

Great item for travelling. Been using it for a couple of years light use but still works. Be careful extending it, think I’ve been too rough and it no longer stays extended

**Product Review:** ⭐☆☆☆☆ This is an expensive item, and I made the purchase solely because I believed it would support Apple CarPlay in my car. Unfortunately, it did not work as expected. The real disappointment came when I contacted Amazon customer care just one day after the return period had expired ( return was till 30th May 2024 and I have called today, 31st May). Despite being a loyal customer and requesting multiple times to make an exception, the agent refused to help. This was a horrible customer experience. I expected better from Amazon.

Funciona y bien y carga rápido con un alimentador decente, hasta los 3A que promete. Los 3 que tengo siguen funcionando despues de meses.

Se corresponde con la foto del producto. Lleva una luz roja en la parte del llavero Lo he usado unos dias y sin problema. Lo uso para llevarlo junto con un power bank. Asi puedo usarlo para cargar el propio powerbank y varios dispositivos distintos cuando los conecte a dicho powerbank. Muy útil para viajed

Al tener el cable retráctil es muy cómodo para no tener tanto cable suelto de por medio. Lo tengo hace poco pero por lo pronto funciona perfecto y llegó muy rápido.
