Had this over the dark nights and works well. Easy to fit and great that it can be angled as desired.

Compared to mains powered , it's never going to compete , however its still very bright for solar power and works all year round on my garden shed where I have no power , foxes don't like it , I'm very pleased

I was not 100% certain this would work trouble free for a north facing garden (where it's positioned never enjoys direct sunlight) in the north of the UK but I shouldn't have been worried. Now a full 12 months following a simple install (wired connection obviously not needed) it is still working fine, the light is sufficient to light up all our 50ft x 50ft garden and not too extreme blinding the neighbours. I guess the UV rays whilst in the shade is enough for it to survive. Fingers crossed I have not jinxed it by writing this review but feel a quick unclip and recharge in direct sunlight is all that may be needed if ever it failed to shine. Update: Sorry everyone I spoke too soon and indeed jinxed my purchase, the unit stopped working just after 12 months, I gave it a charge on a glorious sunny winters day which put some life back into the unit but then this soon drained so it has been replaced with battery version - let's see how this goes. I have kept it and will give it a thorough charge in the summer to see if this brings it back to life but if the issue is due to the poor rechargeable batteries it comes with then a new unit is probably best investing in rather than working out how to purchase/solder a new set of bateries.

These solar lights stay on low all night even after days of cloudy weather. They are very bright when motion is detected and cover a large area with light. This is my 3rd purchase so very pleased.

I purchased this LED solar security light and it has worked perfectly, very bright and has definitely done the job, however I did purchase and install it in May 2021. I’m now writing this review in October 2023 because it completely died several months ago and I am having to replace it! (It has been quite low down the list of priorities tbh) Good value and good quality but I’d like it to last longer than 18 months? The solar panel started to flake off very quickly. Maybe I should have paid a little bit more 🤷🏼‍♂️

Viene el panel solar que tienen 138 LEDs repartidas entre los 3 cabezales que tiene. El panel solar mide unos 15cm x 10cm. El cabezal central de ancho mide unos 9cm y los cabezales laterales unos 7cm cada uno, y todos tienen una altura de unos 7,5cm. Los cabezales se pueden ajustar libremente cada uno a diferentes ángulos. Los puedes girar hacia arriba o abajo, hacía los lados, por lo que podemos poner las luces de la forma que más nos interese. Tienen sensor PIR de detección de movimiento. Tienen 3 modos de iluminación a elegir. El modo 1: Se enciende automáticamente cuando se detecta movimiento y se apaga después de 20 segundos. El modo 2: Se enciende automáticamente cuando se detecta movimiento al 100% de brillo y a los 20 segundos baja la iluminación al 10% de brillo. Quedando una iluminación muy suave. El modo 3: Cuando está oscuro, está siempre encendida al 30% de brillo. Durante el día se va cargando con la luz solar. La iluminación es luz blanca fría, muy potente y brillante. La instalación es muy fácil y rápida, viene un soporte con los tornillos y tacos que necesitamos. Es impermeable IP65 por lo que no tenemos que preocuparnos por la lluvia. Da bastante luz y el sensor funciona muy bien. Ilumina sin problema unos 24 metros cuadrados.cuando digo sin problema me refiero a unos 10 lux debajo disminuyendo progresivamente a medida que te alejas. Aprox a seis metros del dispositivo cálculo yo a ojo habrá tres lux. Tres lux es el equivalente a la mínima luz de emergencia de evacuación, se ve lo justo para no tropezar. 10 lux se puede leer debajo Compré dos para probar en una zona y he comprado otro para completar, llevan más de dos meses puestos y sin problemas.

Solo la he usado dos días pero da una luz espectacular para ser solar. Tiene tres modos, 1 luz al 100% con el movimiento. 2 luz roja al 10% y con el movimiento se enciende al 100% durante 20 segundos. 3 luz fija al caer la noche al 30% sin sensor de movimiento. Se orienta en todas direcciones. Muy práctico para mí parecer y recomendable. Le quitó una estrella porque después de un mes observando, sobre las 5 de la madrugada está la luz bajo mínimos y apenas luce. Debería tener mejor batería. Si la dejas fija, que es solo un 30% de potencia, se apaga a media noche
