I continue to order this product to maintain my D3/K2 vitamin level. These are great D3 + K2 supplements. You get 365 soft gels per bottle. The soft gels are small and very easy to swallow. These are an easy way to ward of Vitamin D deficiency without any gastric upset. They seem to be effective with increasing my energy level with jitters.

I love how high the dosage of these pills are. I only have to take it once a week and they are so tiny and easy to swallow. Will buy these again!

After reading some reviews, especially some critical ones, most of them complained about more or less the same thing: the gel caps being stuck together on arrival. Despite that, I still bought it because I thought it was a good price/value ratio based on the amount you get. Just as I expected, all the gel caps came stuck together, not melted, but stuck.A simple hit of the bottle against a table wouldn't unstick them, so I came across a method to unstick any gelcap vitamin: freeze the gel caps inside the bottle for 2 hours in the freezer, take it out, and then hit the bottle against a table or flat surface (from the bottom and top). This helped unstick about 90% of the gel caps, the other 10% I unstuck by hand, which didn't rip open the gel caps since they were frozen and easier to unstick.Areas of improvement? Definitely the sticking of gel caps. This is my first time consuming coconut oil based soft gels; usually, another oil is used that is yellow-er (e.g. sunflower oil), so I'm not sure if coconut oil is stickier in this form, but that could be why.

The proof is in the results! I have Hashimoto's disease and have been deficient in vitamin D for a decade if not longer despite supplementing and taking multivitamins that have D3 in them. I started taking 2 of these a day in the winter & dropped to 1 a day in the spring (I was advised to double up in winter to make up for the lack of sunlight), and my levels are finally in a good range! I plan on sticking with 1 a day until around October then I'll double it again. I really really like that these are liposomal since fat is necessary for vitamin D to absorb and I don't always remember to take these with food, and I especially like that there's adequate K2 included to protect my heart. I'll keep buying this brand as long as it stays the same as is available! I'm very happy with it.

Excellent Value for the money. Should last 365 days. That's awesome compared to what I was purchasing as an equivalent supplement.

Holy cow, this stuff really works. The pill is really tiny but super powerful. My energy levels are great but I now have to be careful because I can take it to a fault. This brand makes me enjoy vitamins. Seriously.
