I like them
Perfect fit for me, and came with extra laces and accessories. Seem to be very durable. Little stiff but only rode with them once so far so to be expected . Over all so far , great buy .

Comfortable and fits well.
This shoe works well with SPD on my MTB and Gravel Bikes. It is comfortable to walk in when off the bike, and looks like a normal shoe. I like the shoe lace closure which allows for the kind of fit I want.

I wanted to love these.
My husbands reviewMy friends have been pestering me to go to clipless for a few years now. I am a mountain biker in Phoenix AZ and do a lot of climbing and very technical descents. Currently riding on Fooker flat pedals and Five Ten Freerider Pros. I decided to try these with a set of Fooker flip pedals that have clips on one side and flats on the other. That way I can climb with clips, but switch to flats when things get fun. The shoes do appear to be well built and are really good looking. Unfortunately that was were things go south. The sole material is very hard and offers little traction so they were useless on the flat side of the pedal. Depending on manufacture they are supposed to be this way. Ride concepts shoes have a harder material (clip grip) that will not cause the shoe material to "grip" the clip and not allow the shoe to slide into place. These may be designed the same way. But the traction is not very good for hiking up rocks either, so take that as is. Remember I am comparing these to Five Ten shoes at 3x-4x the cost. Then I clipped in. First thing I noticed was how wide the front area of the shoe is. The overall length of the shoes fit perfect, but the front of my foot could slide side to side quite a bit causing as very loose feeling. Not sure if it was from the insole not letting my foot sink in, but comparing it to my other shoes the front section of the shoe is wider then any other shoe I own (bike, running, or casual). Then I started riding and found the base of the shoe would flex and cause a raised section under the cleat. I am 220lbs and pretty strong so maybe I am pushing these harder then others would. This caused a very uncomfortable hot spot in the center of my foot no matter what position I put the cleat in. I carried a allen wrench with me for a 10 mile ride and stopped every mile or so for adjustments. There was no way around that when I applied power the shoe flexed around the cleat. I decided that clips were not for me and gave up, but my friends reminded me that I am cheap and need to buy better stuff. As if it was meant to be I got a gift card from work and decided to go ahead and order some Shimano AM9'. That is when I realized the faults in these shoes, not that these shoes are bad, and everything listed above is a comparison between these shoes and those shoes. I will be the first to admit the AM9 shoes cost 3x more and are likely 3x better.

Good shoe
The shoe is good quality for the money. It’s definitely not something you’d want to walk in for an extended amount of time nor is it grippy on muddy/loose terrain. They do provide great protection against falls at high speeds. If you spray them with any type of water proof spray they provide a good amount of water protection, so they make a good winter/muddy weather shoe for sure just don’t expect to be able to walk up hill quickly, you have no grip. They are flat with little to no flex at all. They work well with well made, spiky, metal pedals NOT plastic. So, if you want to ride these as your main flat shoe, they are perfect BUT the clip in feature leaves much to be desired in my opinion. They are my muddy/rainy weather and winter shoe.

Great Shoes So Far
These shoes have been great so far. I've only gone on three rides since receiving them but man are they comfortable! The sole is stiff making power transfer feel direct but when walking on them they are as comfortable as a typical tennis shoe. The cleats do not protrude beyond the sole so they never make contact with the floor when walking. Also, the soles are very grippy so one does not have to worry about slipping any surfaces. Setting up the cleats was a breeze as the position markings on the shoes are clear. I am the type of person that cleans his bike and gear after every ride (thank you OCD) so shoes that are easily cleaned was one of my top three priorities. These shoes do not disappoint in that dept either. A damp cloth makes quick work of any accumulated dirt after a ride. As a bonus, these shoes come with a pair each of black and grey laces. It's a small touch but pretty cool considering the price point. I didn't give them 5 stars because I've only used them three times but if they hold up in the long run the fifth star will be added.

Would definitely recommend if your going for a casual look
Originally I was looking for a casual pair of spd shoes and I came across these, and I will say I’m pretty impressed! They have a great amount of stiffness and are super comfortable. Definitely worth the money.

Very comfortable!
I have been using these shoes for my daily commute as well as longer rides including overnight bikepacking trips with great success. I got a half size bigger than my usual shoes to allow for thick socks and they fit well. The ankle padding is plush, the toe is roomy, and the sole provides a solid platform while on the bike. Off the bike they are easy to walk in but could use a bit more tread at the toe. This is my first pair of cycling shoes and it's great to not slip off the pedals anymore. Tremendous value at this price. Happy riding!

Better than expected for the money
I'm a size 10, ordered a size 10 which fit just a little tight, but i suspect they will wear in. They are well made and look built to last. Good padding inside, warm. Fitted the cleats and went for a walk, no tippy tapping which was good, not ideal for a long walk as they are heavy with little give in the sole. Obviously that's not the point of these shoes, but you could park up after a ride and walk round the shops in relative comfort in what looks like a normal pair of trainers. On a ride they clip in a easy as any other shoe, the stiff sole is great and I would thoroughly recommend them. I have a somewhat similar pair of shimanos which were almost double the price but are no better than these. All in all, if its a casual looking shoe you want, then you can't really go wrong with these.

Long term review
I ordered these in early may, I've got around 350km on them about 75% of those clipless. The bottom of the shoe is not durable at all if worn on flats(raceface aefect) the sole is chipping off and the inserts to fill the void move when riding and you loose grip. My under armours basketball shoes have more than the 350km all on flats.Pros: they fit well, mine are a U.S. size 14Stiff sole(does not flex while pedaling)Top of the shoe seems quite durableLots of extras(screws, extra laces, in flats insert)Cons: the sole material is sub par at best, pretty much worn out in about a month on flats.Very poor traction when wet(on flats), even when the sole wasn't chippedVery and I mean VERY heavy.Summary: I wouldn't buy them if you intending on riding flats at all. They will fall apart. They are ok for clips though
