The process is much different from most screen protectors. A cleaning solution is included, which they instruct you to spray on your hands (to reduce fingerprints from getting on the screen) and the screen itself (to help slide into place).A little time consuming. You need to set aside time as the instructions recommend letting the screen protector set for 12-24 hours.The fit is good. Cutouts fit perfectly and cover a majority of the screen, leaving about a millimeter of a gap on all sides.Has a very smooth finish.Definitely does not resist fingerprints or smudges. However, I don't notice fingerprints or smudges when the phone screen is on.Lastly, believe the instructions. There were a couple of bubbles that I could not smooth out with the provided squeegee. The instructions say that small bubbles will go away after a couple of days and they did!I can't really say how they hold up to scratches and drops, but I'm sure my screen would be more scratched up if I didn't have it. I usually put my phone in the same pocket as my keys.

The IQ Shield screen protector fit my LG G5 phone perfectly. The installation video and instructions on the manufacturer's website were both handy and accurate. Just to reiterate a few points about the screen protector and its installation:-- It is a wet install. The protector is easy to position on the screen while it is wet. You just need to position it quickly, and you need to be careful not to move it while using the included squeegee. You need to let the phone sit for at least 12 hours before using it. And avoid getting the wetting solution in your phone's openings.-- The protector is relatively thin and flexible compared with dry install protectors. This means it fits well, automatically removes any small bubbles left after installation, and curves to fit the phone screen. It also means you can pull it out of shape near the cut-out openings (for camera, speaker). So be careful when you squeegee around openings.-- The protector dries clear. No loss of clarity or sensitivity on the screen. A couple of small post-installation bubbles disappeared entirely on their own, as the instructions said they would, in less than a day.-- The protector covers most of the screen. I recommend installing it with your phone out of its external cover, if you use one.-- The package comes with two screen protectors and enough wetting solution for both. So if you mess-up installing it the first time (I did), you have a spare.Overall I am completely satisfied with this screen protector.

Some of the reviewers say that this was difficult to apply or install, but that is not true at all. It is very EASY to install, and you can even go to their site and watch a demo video on how to do it. It's simple..1. Clean your work surface. 2. Turn your phone off and take out battery if possible. 3. Clean your phone screen. 4. Wash your hands. 5. Spray your fingertips and the front of the screen protector (spray included). 6. Peal the screen protector off it's backing, and spray the backside too. 7. Apply to your phone screen. 8. Line up perfectly, and squeegee (included) excess liquid.9. Let rest overnight to cure. 10. Enjoy. Okay, having said all that, this is only the SECOND one of these that I have had to use. The first one lasted 2 1/2 YEARS on my phone. I ONLY had to get a new one because I broke my screen. This lasts forever! Best screen cover EVER!

What can I say other than this screen protector is perfect. From start to finish, maybe 5 minutes which is including watching the instructional video. Ya, it's that easy. I've had more problems with screen protectors that say they fit then don't, or get bubbles that won't go away, or get it misaligned and have to scrap it. Not this'n, it fits perfectly, the bubbles went away and I didn't have to scrap it because you can align it after its on. Can't go wrong. I even bought two more for my Nexus 6P and my Honor 6X and they came out...... Perfect. The screen protectors may not be military grade bullet proof plexiconium but they are knife proof. Just the other day I used my phone to deflect a knife from a would-be attacker. Just kidding. But they good!

Well let me start off by saying it was quite easy install. I even missed up and trapped a small piece if fiber and was able to remove and try again. But I was not provided a squeegee which make it a bit more challenging to get all the bubbles out. Another slightly irritating fact was that it did not quite line up and my screen is not fully protected perhaps I received a defected one. In any case if you are not as unlucky as me Id say its great. Doesnt change the response time on my phone and it looks the same if I had it on or off.

The only good thing I can say about this screen protector is the fact that it will bend with the curved screen at the top. The LG G5 has a curved glass screen which is very hard to find a screen protector to work right.This particular screen protector picks up dust and embeds it into the top layer mal u ng a clear view impossible after a short time. Advise to look elsewhere 4 a screen protector

I just installed the screen protector last night. It was easy and it fits perfectly. I've had other screen protectors that don't quit fit the camera lens and buttons but this one is just right. And it curves at the top as well which is what I was looking for. I highly recommend it.

The was easy to install, however the shields were actually too narrow and did not cover the lg5 glass. (note that their install video shows the protector folding down over the edge). The cutouts for camera/speaker are aligned yet I have appx 1/16 inch gap on left side. Either a manufacturing error or item mislabeled. Either way, I poor quality control.
