Excellent product; comfortable with great sound. Can hear music and conversations

The one earbud keeps shutting off. Of course, it's 20 days the return date. I have cleaned the earbud, unpaired it, then paired it, but the one earbud continues to shut off. I have not owned this set for 60 days and only use once a day at gym.

The Bluetooth earphones work very well. I listen to music while exercising and the sound is very crisp. The reason for the 4 rating is because the instructions that came with the product were hard to read and understand. I eventually had to get the instruction manual from the internet.

These Volt Plus Tech earbuds are my first set, though my teenage son has owned numerous, pricer sets. I'm completely satisfied with the Volt Plus buds, which I use when I'm on the treadmill at Planet Fitness. They work great for music or Audible texts.

These have worked so great for listen to music at the gym, or just being on my phone and have the noise in my ear. I have not had to charge them yet, has a good battery.

For music works fine no problems but people can not hear me that well during phone calls
