Great set!
Great set for self myofascial release. All items came as described. Wish there was a better mechanism to fill up coregeous ball as I can't seem to fill it up as much as I would like.

Balls for pain
Very useful for bodywork, along with the "Roll Model" book for instruction. I had been using lacrosse, tennis and golf balls ala Kelly Starrett, but as I age, these balls are more forgiving on my old body. Jill Miller works with the gurus of mobility and education, i.e., Starrett, Tom Myers, et al, all working together to improve themselves and help others. Always learning!

Everything You Need for Myofacial Release Practice
This is a nice set of release balls in multiple sizes, with mesh bags for the smaller balls for doubling up. Excellent quality.
