This is a beautiful high-quality griddle and so easy to use. Cleans easily, as the center just pops right out, and I use a little brush with dish detergent built in. Scrub-a-dub, and voila, you have a clean griddle! A little wipe on the outside and I put it away for next time. It heats evenly, the size is great, and it's a great value for what I paid. I use non-stick spray just in case, and haven't tried it without, so can't speak to that. As a teacher, I've hauled it to school for pancake day, and it worked great non-stop for about an hour, feeding a crowd. I highly recommend this griddle!

This little guy cooks sandwiches, bacon, eggs AND cassadillas in SECONDS! I love how well it heats up across the entire surface but still cleans in seconds - just pull off the heating surface and toss it in the sink! (The little drip tray area with a hole in the middle is awesome.)This is a quality item worth FAR more than the pittance I paid for it.

This grill has a great design because everything comes apart. The griddle top is dishwasher washable. The bottom part has no electronics so it's washable too. The griddle lifts right out, nothing to snap apart or struggle with when it's covered with bacon grease and pancake drips. It has a nice little grease catcher drain and seems extremely nonstick. For the money, this is an excellent product.

Needed to replace an old Presto griddle I’d had for years. The reviews for this one were positive and after having for a few months now, I’m more than satisfied. Heats evenly, and can cook 5 large pancakes at once. Love that it lifts out for easy cleaning.

Love this griddle!!!! Its perfect for almost anything. I feed a lot of boys and can make it all at one time. Cleans up is a breeze.

Been looking at this griddle for a while and finally saw it for a good price. This is the "deluxe" model so the cooking surface can be lifted off with handles for cleaning. As you can see in the photo, it holds an entire pound of sliced bacon. I read a review that the underside, which also gets very hot from the heating element underneath, cracked the reviewer's quartz countertop. Since we also have quartz counters, I placed it onto our clean glass range top and it did fine. Made shredded hash browns, a cheese omelet and as you can see, it holds an entire pound of sliced bacon. Our range top very slightly tilts toward the back, so the bacon grease needed a little encouragement to move to the front drain groove. But once it got started, it ran through very well. Next time I'll turn it around so the drain's on the back. After the bacon finished frying, I turned it off and gently scraped the surface with a silicone spatula, pulling all the remaining melted fat and crumbs to the drain. Worked like a charm. According to Dash, the basic model's grill surface doesn't detach for washing, so I'm glad I ordered the deluxe. It washes easily in a sink under running water with a soapy sponge. (No need to fill up the dishwasher because it's rather big for that.) I've seen this for sale for $70, but I got it on a pre-Christmas sale for $40 and feel I got a great bargain. Thanks Dash! This is the 3rd of their products I've bought, been happy with all of them, and use them frequently. Recommended.
