Soft but firm enough not to sink
I used this mat for doing Pilates. Excellent that carrying g strap was provided as actually quite a load to carry and bulky without.

OK, so, I might have had this a couple of months. I'm sure it's fantastic. It arrived really quickly. Sadly, that's a much as I can say ... it may still be sitting, in its wrapping, behind the settee. A mix of ADHD, (out of sight, out of mind), and painful, arthritic knees, haven't made using it a priority thus far. I can say it's definitely portable and it rolls, (it's how it arrived, so I know that's true). As for durability and grip .. I've yet to find that out but I'm sure it'll be fine.I now need to find space to store this, along with my other unboxed ADHD buys, (mini sewing machine, glue gun, staple gun, kitchen aide mixer, cook books, pressure washer, garden furniture restorer ... the list goes on. Oops 🫣)

Great thickness
I truly love the thickness of this yoga mat. Most mats by the 10th use start to become thin but this one right here is still going strong. Trust me you won’t be disappointed so go ahead and purchase yourself one.
