Q: The one i’m using from the sleep lab is loud where it vents. is this one loud?

The one I received is loud. The vent holes are not deburred and makes enough noise that I thought the first one I bought was defective.

Q: Does this come in two or three parts? Does it Leak?

This package includes 3 parts which it already connected. You could use it directly after you receive it.

Q: Does this include the tubing quick release (the part the connects the swivel to the hose)?

I ordered it but it was not the right one for my mask. There is no release. I had to go back and order the one that has a small hose with it that said the original . It has a release from the mask. It works perfectly.
