Just what I wanted!

I bought this particular butter dish because I sometimes get the irish butter that's thicker at costco & wanted a butter dish that would actually fit that—this does! Plus, cleans super easily in the dishwasher which is nice. Highly recommend 10/10

Thick and solid **

I buy Irish butter and regular butter dishes are too small. This is perfect. Very substantial. Good quality for a good price.

This butter dish is slippery as all get out. Be careful with the darn thing. It always wants to escape from you and return to the refrigerator where it is happiest.

Our other double butteredish broke so we got this one and it's better made than our other one. The top goes on the outside so you don't get butter on the top,

I've had glass butter dishes for years and this is my most recent one. I'm throwing it away and will order a different one. The lid doesn't match the base in size so every time you go to grab it, the top slides into the butter. Just makes for a very very messy butter dish. They don't fit together perfectly. Otherwise I like it
