This Works!
I bought this kit even though it had no reviews, because I wanted to both lift and tint my lashes. Most of the other kits were just one or the other and for the price, I got it all in one.The first photo is just my right eye done and I can really see the difference. My eyelashes are decent, but they stick straight out. Even when I use an eyelash curler and put on mascara, they really don't hold the curl and I always end up getting mascara on my eye makeup and it's just a mess. The second photo is after both eyes are done - and yes, my eyes are red because I got some of the tint in them and they watered. It stings a little, but I'm not blind or anything so it's fine. This makes me feel like I have a light coat of mascara on.Now, having said that, here's what you need to know.1) You need a helper. I mean, you probably *could* do it by yourself, but it helps to have another pair of hands.2) You need about two hours.3) You need good lighting (I have a light-up magnifier mirror which helped a lot.)Another tip, wipe off the silicone thing that goes on your upper lid with rubbing alcohol before you use it because otherwise, your lashes won't stick to it.The process goes: clean your lids and lashes with the cleaner they give you. It's a tiny bottle and I'm pretty sure it's micellar water or something similar because it's not alcohol and that's the only other thing I think it could be, or witch hazel would probably work too. I actually washed mine with soap and water and then blow-dried my lashes after this step because I wanted to make sure they were dry before I proceeded.Next, you put a piece of this tape they give you on your upper lid and use eyelash glue to adhere the silicone thing to the tape. Tip: apply glue to both parts and lightly blow dry or wait until the glue feels tacky, then adhere them together. After that, you take eyelash glue and stick your lashes to the silicone thing. This is where the other set of hands comes in. My lashes were so straight, I used an eyelash curler first, then I put glue on my lashes, and on the silicone thing, blow-dried it for 30 seconds or so and then my roommate used the tool thing to stick my lashes to the silicone thing. If you were alone and had a good mirror, you could do this part by yourself but for me, it helped to have someone else do it.Once the lashes are good and stuck, you put the first bottle of goop on there and let it sit for 8 minutes. My eyelash glue ended up not holding great and because my lashes were so resistant to curling, they wanted to pop off the silicone thing. I'm not sure of a good fix for this. I tried a couple of different types of eyelash glue too. I ended up putting a piece of that tape they gave me over my lashes and just held it with my finger literally the entire time. After that, you wipe off the goop and put the second bottle of goop on there for another 8 minutes. It's like a perm. Same thing though. In between goop applications, I took off the silicone thing and wiped it with alcohol again and re-adhered my lashes to it but it's just hard to get them to stick. After the second bottle of goop sits you wipe it off and then you mix up the color tubes 1:1 ratio and stir until it turns from white to dark and just brush it on and let it sit for 15 minutes. You wipe that off and I used micellar water to get off the residue but didn't wash with soap and water. Then you use bottle 3 of the conditioner and you're done. They say not to get it wet for 24 hours after, I guess like when you perm your hair.I mean, you can see in my photos it did work. If your lashes are sparse, they will curl up and be darker but they aren't going to look super full like they would with eyelash extensions or anything. But in a pinch, if you don't want to mess with extensions anymore, and you don't want to pay $75 for a salon visit to have a lash lift and tint, this will work. And there's enough in the kit to easily do 15 sets I would say. The bottles are little, but you don't use much. I'm satisfied with it. It did what it said it would do. I wish there was an easier way to make my lashes stick to the silicone thing, but until I figure that out I'll keep experimenting when this wears off.

Great product
I really like this brand for lash lifts and brow laminations however they changed the formula of step four and it’s super liquidy. I used to love the old formula it was more like a brow gel! Pls go back!

I'm confused
Sadly I had a horrible experience with this item. I cannot recommend it, although I'm not sure everyone has had such a horrible experience. I read the directions carefully, read the reviews before purchase but still...I started with my eyebrows because I felt it would be an easier starting point. During the application it seemed fine but a few hours later I noticed my skin was red, painful & burning. I thought maybe a little irritation but as hours past it got increasingly worse, started crusting over, I realized I needed to take action & the day following application, I started with a cold compress & then rinsed my eyebrows in cool water 2x in case I had missed some chemicals, although I was sure I intially cleaned them as instructed. However, now 2 days later, my eyebrows are even more red, & still painful. I've had to keep triple antibiotics on them at all times, so far my right brow crusted over last night & when I put more antibiotics this morning some crust fell off with my eyebrow hair! I really don't understand, but glad I did not use it on my eyelashes. It seems others may have had better success so I don't know if I got a bad batch or allergic reaction but I am at a loss. I bought this kit because it was for eyebrow, eyelashes, included tint & had good reviews. I am so sad, & too embarrassed to leave the house. I don't know if I will end up in Urgent care, if I can't get the redness, inflammation & soreness under control at home. Please be careful! I wanted fuller, darker brows & lashes to feel more beautiful & put together, but instead I ended up embarrassed, in pain & losing the brows I did have. I included a picture but believe me, it looks even worse in person.

Underwhelming
First of all, this came with moldy products so that was super gross. The silicone shields had lint and debris on them and everything looked used despite being wrapped on plastic wrap when I opened it for the first time. I got over the initial grossness of several items and decided to push on with the lash lift because I was still excited lol.The process is in fact easy as others said. I was nervous of over processing so I did do the lowest time for “average” lashes as this was my first time using this brand. I did the tint after the eyelash processing was over but before the keratin serum. The tint, for my blonde lashes, came out more of an auburn color. So not super thrilled with that but I usually wear mascara so I don’t care too much. But my lashes hardly look different. My lashes are really long but of average fullness, but next time I’m going to do the timer set to the thicker lash option and see if that makes a difference. My lashes aren’t sticking straight out / down anymore though! Which is good! They just aren’t curled like I wanted them to be. My eye photo shows my lashes before the keratin was applied with one eye done and one eye undone for comparison. The keratin oil really made the lashes slump more than the photo but I’m hoping that’s only temporary.
