Chelated magnesium was recommended to me by a doctor a long time ago to help with female reproductive cycle issues and general health benefits. I've tried a couple other brand, from amazon and local stores, and none of them... taste right if that makes any sense? This one has a particular smoothness and the right 'taste' that it seems to be legit and effective.And while I can't say definitively that this particular product played any major role in it, the issues that I originally took it for have long since both dissipated in severity and I've actually been able to conceive where previously I was told it was extremely unlikely. So hey, there's that.At minimum, this stuff and brand seems to be quality product and I'll continue to have it on auto-order indefinitely.

I've tried 2 meds for migraines. Topomax helped some but made me dopey. Was still having 1 migraine a week on Nortriptyline and the doc wanted to increase the dosage. I read that Magnesium sometimes helps with migraines, especially migraine with aura, which is what I have. So, I tried this supplement instead. I have been taking it for 1 month and have only had 1 mild migraine in the past 3 weeks. Bonus, no diarrhea! When I've tried magnesium in the past I have had horrible diarrhea:(

I use chelated magnesium to help soften my stools as I am on a restricted calorie, low carb diet. It works like a charm!! I take 500mg in the morning with breakfast and 500mg in the evening with dinner. This stuff is the best, and when I am not on it, I can tell in a big way. Highly recommend!!

Much more effective because it is better absorbed by the body than Magnesium Oxide (which is usually found at the grocery or drugstore). In 3-4 weeks, it eliminated my palntar facitis and also lowered my blood pressure. No more legor foot cramps. Taken 2-3 tablets per day.

I haven't had one migraine since I started taking this! I used to have 3-5 migraines per month missing several hours of work each month! So thankful to have found a good solution to migraine issues. Thanks!

My Physician suggested Magnesium for my daily headaches, I was using another brand and then read an article about some products made overseas that were containing harsh chemicals. After checking into the brand I was using (which made misleading statements) found that they're indeed manufactured overseas. So here I am with Natural Nutra. So far so good, still no headaches. The only downfall is I really like the capsules over tablets......

I give this product 4 stars because the tablets were smaller and easier to swallow than most Mg supplements I've tried. I do not necessarily think it was superior to the others I've taken as far as absorption goes.*** I am a bit annoyed that when I ordered, it was supposed to be on special as a 2 for 1 buy but I only received one bottle. Didn't want to knock the product for that but I'm not happy with the company.
