The tip broke off the first use on a c-ring. The steel is too soft for small tip pliers. Park had a fail sourcing these.

I thought Park tools were good.
This broke the first time I tried using it. Trying to pull out the snap ring washer on a Sram R hydraulic brake caliper. The little nubs that go into to little holes for the snap ring. snapped right off. "Park Tools" are expensive crap in my mind and it's a bummer.

absolute rubbish quality
these pliers have 1 job in life.the tip broke off 1st time pliers were used attempting to remove snap ring in SRAM RS brake caliper...Park used to be best possible quality - what's happened?

Tip broke off on first use! Park Tools are generally a good investment for bike repair. Not so much with this one. Seems to be a common problem based on several other reviews with the same problem.

Tip broke off.
Trying to rebuild a set of Sram db5 master cylinders and while trying to remove the snap ring inside, the tip broke off before I could get it out. Not impressed.

Don’t look new
Not impressed with these at all, these clearly looked like a used pair of pliers, rusty, both rubber handles filthy, nothing like the pictures used for advertising.These will be getting returned, I own lots of park tools and never received anything like this.

Work perfect; not cheap, but the only option
5 star for function and build quality but the price is stupid so had to take a star off. Annoying that only park seem to make snap ring pliers with small enough tips for servicing mtb forks and brakes.Tldr: work perfectly but you pay the park tool tax for them

Poor quality
Tip broke off removing freehub circlip. What I would expect from cheap Chinese copies, not park tool. Avoid as this seems a common issue.Update: Although Park Tool have a lifetime warranty, don’t expect any support from Amazon. Although this were sold by Amazon directly and we’re clearly defective as they broke on first use, Amazon refuse to replace and refund and expect you to deal directly with Park Tool in USA. Guess Amazon are t the trusted trader they would have you believe - shocking !
