The holes in the plate line up with the threaded holes on the back of the unit. Just run the screws through it.

Q: Can this be used with the PM351? It show them as often bought together

Yes, but we found this to be problematic since it turns the controls (pots) to the side. Also, the XLR/1/4" connectors plug in the side and stick out pretty far. Our solution was to modify one of those headphone hangers that mounts onto a mic stand, by drilling a hole to match the one on the PM351. We also lined the inside of the hangar and case of the PM351 with velcro to further stabilize the attachment. It mounts vertically just to the side of the mic stand, and XLR/1/4" plugs come out the back. Plus, the level pots point straight toward the performer... easy see and set. The headphone hangar releases quickly and easily from the mic stand (we leave the PM351 on the hangar) and stores in our cabling case. We've been using it now for a couple of years of regular gigging with no problems.

Q: Can anyone who has this confirm the spacing/length between the screw holes?

Not exactly sure of the spacing. The clamp did not come with screws to mount he Rolls unit. I found it easier to us heavy duty Velcro to attach it. It holds well and breaks down easily for transport. Hope this helps. I can measure it if you like.

Q: Will this work with the Behringer MA400 Micromon?

The screws were a tight fit for the Rolls monitor so I doubt that they will fit a Beheringer unless you drill/machine new holes into the Behringer unit.
