Great machine
I bought one of these in 2015 after finding it in a beautiful hotel gym in Madrid. I have used it regularly. It is compact, silent, sturdy, and reliable. Nothing shakes or looks like it will ever wear out. Great for home gym or other use.

Great Way to Get Moving!
The strider is expensive for home use, but offers excellent low impact, smooth, weight-bearing exercise. It's well built, wonderfully quiet and has a small footprint. I didn't assemble it myself, but was told it was simple. Merchant was terrific. Only drawback is that with time, you might get a bit bored if this is your only piece of exercise equipment. Also, practice at the gym or in a store to make sure your knees and ankles can take it over time. If they can, you'll enjoy it.
