I buy lots of stuff from Amazon. Rarely am I so impressed with a product, especially a custom one that I take the time to write a review.This sign deserves it!It's just flat out awesome. It's well made, the font looks exactly like what I chose, it's so bright that on 100% it lights the whole room, the remote is a great feature to dim it.It arrived pretty quickly given that it came from overseas and it was packaged super well to prevent damage- arrived pristine. My son was absolutely blown away and this is the focal point of his "gaming setup" of a room.Couldn't be more pleased start to finish- the seller has a unique, cool product and understands the beating its gonna take during shipping and takes the time and expense to package it properly so it isn't wrecked on the way.The mounting hardware looks great and install to the wall took all of 10 minutes.Worth every penny and it's nice to see an Amazon seller of a custom product getting it right all the way through.Fantastic.

Wasn’t quite sure what to expect because I’ve never had a neon sign before, however from the start the process was extremely smooth, the customer service was amazing and ensured I approved of the design.The item arrived extremely fast. I wasn’t expecting it for another week or more but it arrived in days. It’s extremely bright (I love that I can adjust the brightness) it also has flashing or strobing modes as well. Love that it has a timer but we have it on a smart plug controlled by Alexa. We did the backing to be cut around the lettering and extremely happy we did.All in all I would definitely recommend. I truly hope it holds up and stays working for a long time. Great value for the size and quality! If you’re on the fence, just do it!

The media could not be loaded.  I was so nervous about ordering a neon through Amazon but I am too frugal to pay a higher price so I did it😅 Best decision I ever made. The quality is top notch. I was just excited it came with a remote but didn’t realize the intensity was changeable also! It comes with stand offs to mount to the wall which make it look so clean. I was again nervous after I purchased and realized tracking was from out of the country but the packaging was 10/10 and it came so fast. If you’re on the fence, do it. You won’t regret it.

My wife got me this sign for my weird little back porch gaming room. She knows I have a love of old neon signs and 80’s cinema lighting, so this fit perfectly. It being LED, the controls are handy and let you alter the brightness drastically. Build quality seems very good. Easily mounted. If you know somebody who likes this genre of thing, this is a great gift.

Absolutely stunning! I got these for me and my Roomate for our dorm room and I couldn’t be more happy! The color is perfect and super bright and fun. The setup was super easy and had all the pieces. The quality is amazing you can tell someone room there time for details and quality of the signs. The only thing I could say negative is that I expected them to be bigger but that’s my fault not the sellers. I would recommend these to anyone they are stunning and definitely worth the price!!!

They did a very good job on my neon sign I really love it I recommend this company cause they do a very good job as you can see in the pics I provided you with I will be getting another sign done by them love how they design this sign for me and love the remote control to change the speed on the blinking sign the color is beautiful it brights up my livingroom wall.

I created this design myself as a decoration in my office/play room. The seller contacted me through Amazon messages and I sent the custom design there. In less than a day or two, I got the specs of the customizations and confirmed that it was correct. Then it was just a matter of waiting.The third line of text incurred an extra $60 (+ tax) fee since the materials are doubled. Overall, I think the pre-tax price is pretty reasonable, but the 10.1% tax here in WA and shipping cost effectively bump the price up by $100 which is why I probably don't think it is 5-star worth the money.The package delivered way sooner than the advertised ETA.You know when shipping is fast, they really mean business.However, ironically we had an incident! In the initial package, all lines of text were in red color. Once I let them know the issue, they didn't hesitate to send a replacement for the incorrect lines. In addition, the original power supply had a super loud and annoying buzz when the dimmer is in a certain range. I reached out again about the issue later, and they immediately sent a new power supply (which still had a buzz but I am okay with the noise level). Fortunately, I wasn't charged for extra shipping/handling in any of this.It was a somewhat long journey from start to finish, but it just showed how the customer service was excellent! This alone deserves its own shoutout.A few things I would have liked are:1. Slightly bolder lines. It should add more neon vibe.2. I installed this by myself with limited tools. It was pretty hard to accurate mark the holes on the wall while holding it. In fact I messed up a couple of them. It would have helped if a large paper that indicates the hole locations came with the product. Holding the paper or temporarily keeping it on the wall to mark holes would be more approachable.

came super fast, ordered july 27th and it came on august 3rd! just installed it on my grass wall and it’s literally so cute! i wish i would have sized up though, 25” is a little small for the wall i put it on but nonetheless it’s still such a cute addition to my nail room! the pink is super bright! i chose Malibu Shore for my font and honestly i really love it! money well spent!

This light is honestly amazing. My daughter loves it. You can adjust brightness aswell so it's perfect if you want to dim it for the night time.
