I really like the loop. Light is very bright. Worth price alone.The flat slide out loop is okay, little harder to see through, lots of distortion around the edges.All said, the normal looking lighted loop is worth the price alone. Give the flat one away and you still made out well.

I gave it 5 starsBecause it was a great value, and there are more durable than expected+ came with batteries to put in product when it arrives, and sell give you extra set of batteries for each. Had now for a while, and use regularly. LED light very bright, one having a blue light. With multiple viewing strengths. Battery still going strong in each. I would buy again.

I received both the loupe and magnifier in good condition without any defects. They came with extra batteries, tools for opening the battery compartments, a microfiber cloth, and a cloth case for each.I should say that the advertised magnification is nowhere near accurate, but I didn't really expect it to be. Comparing to a known good 10x loupe I estimate the true magnifications to be very roughly:- Magnifier "30x" = 9x- Magnifier "60x" = 23x- Magnifier "90x" = 30x- Loupe "30x" = 11x- Loupe "60x" = 16xAll of the "60x" and "90x" lenses require you to hold the thing you're magnifying extremely close, and the lenses themselves are really small so overall those lenses are very uncomfortable to use. However both the magnifier and loupe are comfortable to use at the "30x" magnification. Below are my rough measurements of maximum working distance:- Magnifier "30x" = 1" (25mm)- Magnifier "60x" = 0.3" (7.5mm)- Magnifier "90x" = 0.2" (5mm)- Loupe "30x" = 0.5" (12.5mm)- Loupe "60x" = 0.2" (5mm)- for reference, the 10x loupe I compared to is about 0.85" (21.5mm)The LEDs are useful in a pinch, but give the image a very washed out color, so when possible I prefer not to use them. The magnifier is a bit worse in this regard because you can't actually turn the LED off unless you just don't extend the whole sliding mechanism out.Overall these are good for the price as long as you are okay with actually getting about 10x magnification, and are not planning on using the higher magnification on these very often.

Worked great until lens popped out and I couldn’t put it back together.

Helps me see the marking on my jewelry very please.

This is a great kit, lots of exploring for the kids and i use in the greenhouse to identify bugs… the light are a great touch. Would be even cooler if you mounted them somehow
