Bought these to use with dumbbells so happy that they are a tight fit, gives confidence with overhead lifts. They are quite stiff to undo, but then I suppose they would need to be to ensure a strong hold.

Great replacements for my home gym Olympic weights bar. perfect fit. Just remember when first get they are very tight and hard to use initially. After months on/off use, they loosen up and are great - easy to get on and off but maintain a good grip on the bar. Much better than the metal one - recommended

Decent clip for the price, friends and family bought some after I got my set based on my recommendation. Every colour closely matches the pictures of the ones we got. Grips tightly and has no play so feels good and secure. Is a little stiff at first to get on and off but after a short bit eases up. I found this stiffness preferable and still easier than metal spring clamps but no fear of it failing. Used on multiple brands of Olympic bars and not had any issues of it not fitting either.

Holds the weights very firmly on my curl bar 9.5kg.And between them add 418g. Perfect. I’m a beginner using 1.25kg*4 so I’m only lifting just shy of 15kg. 54 years old, avoiding sarcopenia, strength training important at my age, also for people with MS. Also for rugby prop forwards who last played when they were 17….They’re great.

These simple clamps are well worth the money. I like the blue, and they feel very sturdy on the bar.
