Tasty addition to the pantry!
I’d never had pomegranate molasses before but had a grilled chicken recipe that called for it and sounded good. This was so good! There aren’t any substitutes that would give this particular flavor. We eat a lot of foods from different countries and traditions but this has a unique and delicious flavor that adds a nice twist to our usual, fairly wide array, of seasonings. I’d totally get this again and recommend it to others. It’s a great value. I’ve used it again for recipes I’ve made up and it’s always worked. Especially good on chicken and it’s a nice, smooth, syrupy thickness that’s perfect for brushing onto food while grilling or using in a dipping sauce. I’ve also put just a few drops of it on green beans or cooked carrots and it’s been delicious - especially when roasting carrots. I haven’t made salad dressing with it but there are recipes out there that do - it seems like it would be a good substitute for balsamic in a vinaigrette. It has a perfect balance of tart and sweet - like a cousin of a syrupy balsamic but not as acidic.

A delicious pomegranate product! 😋
I absolutely LOVE this pomegranate molasses, especially since pomegranate is so good for you! I don't use it in cooking but it really makes a delicious drink! Put some of the molasses in the bottom of an 8 oz glass, about 2 tablespoons, add about half of the glass with sparkling, carbonated water, mix well and add ice last. You can add more or less of the Pomegranate Molasses according to your taste - less makes a lighter more "sour" drink, while more makes a "sweet" flavored drink. Add a wedge of lime to the side of the glass. * To make this look fancier for company, use cocktail glasses!

Nice and exotic
Nice, exotic taste for salads and fish and chicken. Nice with Persian rice dishes.

perfect
none of the bitterness of cheaper brands. Maybe there's a better brand (not that I know of) but this is the best cheap option.

Tastes great!
Bought it to make real grenadine, but haven't gotten around to it. But I tasted it and I like it. More than that, I think it must have some nutrient I am not getting in my diet because just a few drops makes me feel better. And I am not sure what is responsible, but some change in my diet perhaps has allowed me to finally start losing weight after over a year trying but running in place. Could be something else. I have made other changes. But not many. The other possibilities: diet root beer. Steelhead trout rather than salmon (trying to save money), and 4 kinds of berries at breakfast. I don't think anything else has changed. Maybe my body has just stopped fighting me as a function of time. N of one does not mean much in science.

Well Packagaed.
Exactly as expected. Came packaged well, no leaks as at all. I bought this for a couple middle-eastern recipes. I'm not convinced I love the flavor but I'm looking forward to trying it on some different things.

Best pomegranate molasses in the market ! I have tried many brands and this by far is the most rich in flavor .

Not real molasses and it is a SOUR version, which you can only see in the picture if you zoom in closely. Won’t work in any recipe, it’s incredibly tart.

Cost $13.99 and arrived expired - past the best before date by 3 months. Also is an item you are unable to return. Not very happy about that. (was the first time I was going to try this)
