Fun, but not great
My 6 year old son loved the idea of it, but it doesn't stay together and overall just ended up in the trash. He did enjoy learning how to make the motor and pieces move

Needs supervision
This is a cute little robot, but my 9 yr old needed more supervision than I would have imagined for something like this. I was hoping it would be something he could do on his own like one of the Kiwi Crate kits, but I did not think the instructions were super kid-friendly.

Unclear instructions, works on few surfaces
My kids (11 and 8) needed a bit of help when instructions glossed over multiple steps. Lego instructions are much clearer. The snail doesn’t move on smooth floors, nor yoga mats, a s finally we found it’s able to move on a bumpy placemat. Disappointing.
