This is a great product. I like what it does and I wish it were slightly slimmer fitting around the midsection but there is a mending flaw. On the right side of two shirts I have purchased so far the stitching is undo out of the package. Needs to have a better quality assurance policy in place. Other than that I would buy again and recommend.

In terms of sizing, I'd suggest measuring yourself and go off the company's sizing chart. If you don't have one, go buy one. Having a measuring tape (which can usually be acquired from a dollar store) is so worth it if you shop online; more accurate than estimating.Onto the shirt itself, it works as advertised! Within just a few minutes of wearing, I can feel it sticking to my skin already. After having a light workout at the gym, my shorts are drenched as the sweat rolls down and out of the shirt!! Is this a magic bullet for weight loss? Not at all. However, I still believe that increasing core temperature and blood flow to abdominal fat is worth something. Plus, personally, I feel so accomplished when I take off my shirt and see how much sweat I produced.I think it's overall still a bit pricey, however, would still consider buying a few more after my positive experience.

After my first use I noticed that it had a rip on the seem line as shown on the picture but overall it works

I don't know if I bought it one size too big, but the waist line doesn't taper like the tank top but it's getting some of the job done.

I wear this product when working out and the end results are SWEAT!! I am really glad I purchased this as it's comfortable, doesn't roll up and material is well made
