Stable, durable, and effective
We put these under our bed for a little added clearance. Each riser gives you an extra inch of height and right now we've stacked the maximum recommended number (3). I was hesitant about these at first because they aren't one solid piece. but they work great and are more stable than some of the other risers I've seen because the wheels on the bed frame fit snugly into the tray. Other risers without this feature are much less stable because the wheels can move around a bit. I stayed with a friend who used that style and every move in bed felt like an earthquake. One thing to check before you buy these - does your bed have 4 legs or 5? We didn't notice the 5th leg in the middle of our queen-size frame and the first time we put the risers on it was stable, but not unnoticeable. We recently added an inch, going from 2 risers to 3, and bought 8 more so we could stabilize the middle post on the bed frame as well. It was good before, but feels rock solid now even with a tempur-pedic mattress and my affinity for leaping into bed. I don't know what exactly they are made of, but they haven't broken yet.

extra height
I needed to raise a couch so I could slide a lap desk under the front. I was unable to use these the way they are designed because of the size/shape of the chair leg. Instead, I flipped it upside down and it works, but it has a concave area that collects dust. They seem very strong. The couch has to bear a lot of weight and the risers haven't shown any signs of failure. I have stacked them and they seemed secure, but I didn't need that much height. They don't call a lot of attention, being clear, the eye just sees carpet. The corners are rounded, and I have never stubbed my toes on one. I was afraid the risers would cause the couch to move around, but it hasn't.

Versatile, stable raisers
This is a very good product because the raise height is adjustable and the raisers are wide enough to be stable. The height is simply based on how many you stack on top of each other. The square design is more stable than the circle design and interlocks as more are stacked together. The rubber insert on the bottom prevents the raisers from slipping but I'm not sure if it would completely prevent scratching on a wood floor (ours are on carpet) since it doesn't cover the entire bottom. The clear color is inconspicuous. On the top are universal grooves so that they work well under small or large wheeled bed frames and the round bottoms of sofas and bed frames. We have the cirle ones, too, but can only use them with round bed frame supports because the wheeled supports keep slipping off. The product is made of solid, clear plastic and has held up well so far. Each raiser is good for about a 1-1/4" raise. Hope this helps.

Almost perfect bed risers
The clear bed risers worked very well on lifting the bed. The parts fitted into each other and the wheels of the bed frame fit into the top of the risers - just as advertised. The only problem is with the little black circles on the bottom of the risers. I understand that they are to prevent the risers from sliding all over the place and making the bed move too easily - but they catch too easily on any unevenness of wood floors and then the risers come off and the end of the bed falls down. Beds do need to be moved a little in order to have the sheets changed and these risers make that tricky to do.

Inexpensive, easy to use, sturdy
I had bought these a couple years ago when they were hard to find and only offered by a select vendor at $60 for just 4 of them! Now for 8 I pay $17... They are well worth that and by having the 8 of them I was able to raise my office/computer desk to the height I needed. They work very well and they have indentations on top for as they show in the photo for a oblong wheel of a metal bed frame to fit in and for me the square legs of my desk fit great as well. You must inspect what you are trying to raise and read the product description for dimensions as not all things to be lifted will fit properly and you don't want wobbly or loose fitting heavy items up on these or any blocks for that matter. Highly recommended but do a little homework first to make sure they are right for yout needs.

Worked great for me!
I bought these about six years ago to add some storage space under our guest room bed. The room was also my craft room so I needed the extra space for all my fabric and other crafting goodies. The risers worked great. I only needed to raise the bed up a little bit to fit my storage containers so I only needed to use one riser on each corner. The bedframe was on casters but they were stable on these risers, which I was worried about. We never had any issues with the bed sliding around on the risers during the years it was up on these risers. The risers themselves didn’t slip either - they stayed in place well on our hardwood bedroom floors. They held the weight of the bed just fine. It was a full bed and we didn’t notice any cracking. We have moved since then, and we got rid of the guest bed, but I’ve been looking for my risers recently because our bed in the master bedroom sits really low and I’ve been wanting to store vacuum sealed bags of winter clothes/blankets underneath it but there isn’t even enough height even for small things like that. I think I lost my risers in the move, so I’m thinking about buying another set since I was so happy with the last ones.

Getting out of lower couches and chairs gets more to be more of chore with each passing year. These furniture risers have seen constant and demanding use over the last couple of years. They are easy to place and after awhile you don't notice them. They are strong and stack well. They are stable and don't slip or separate, even on hardwood. Each one is about 1" in height. We have used 2 risers stacked for several of our pieces of furniture. Most furniture legs will fit nicely. A good product. Richard Monks

These work great. I had the one piece kind, with the angled sides. They don't hold as much weight. And as I discovered one frisky Sunday morning, they don't hold up to much movement. The castor punched right through! These ones are way more robust and have a much higher weight rating. And they just seem more stable overall. I definitely recommend them.

These are great! I use them to prop up my large computer monitor.... very stable and they blend well with the wood-grain finish on my desk.

These work very well to raise the height of an armchair. However it should be borne in mind that once placed, the armchair should stay in that set position, unless repositioned.
