My dentist recommended this toothpaste. After about month sensitivity of teeth was gone. I can enjoy eating any fruit even if it is sour.

The high ppm certainly helps to prevent soft spots on your teeth that eventually become cavities. Just dont flush after brushing, and let it do its job for about 2 hours (no eating or drinking).
