Great USB wireless headphones for meetings and calls. BUY.
Best wireless headset I've bought with a USB wireless interface. Can take a little getting used to adjusting volume on the ear controls but this has met my needs perfectly for constant online meetings. Isn't the most comfortable but better than average. There is a great light on the mike to help you know when you are muted. Sound wise is average but does have a 3 setting equalizer on the right ear so you have some choice. Again, best wirless set of heaphones I've ever bought for wirless calls and meetings. I can wander around the immediate office area with no call problems at all. Haven't tested just how far I can get but for reasonable mobility, these rock. Super pleased with these. I bought a second pair for home after them working out so well at work. Using flawlessly with Win 10 and 8.1. BUY.

Impressive headset from Lucidsound
I have been trying various wireless headsets for my PS4 Pro and stumbled across the LS30. For reference, I already own the Steelseries Arctis 7 and Hyperx Cloud Flight. While both of those headsets are very impressive, i still wasnt fully satisfied with either. Both headsets lacked overall volume and the Cloud Flight is mostly plastic. Enter the LS30 from Lucidsound. This headset is metal and very durable. Granted its about 2oz heaviet than my other headsets but nothing that noticeable. I can play for hours with no problems. Sound wise i think the Cloud Flights sound a little better but not by much. The LS30 has 3 eq settings and sounds very good for both games and music. They definitely are the loudest of the 3 by a good margin. I keep the LS30 at about 50% volume and the others at about 80-90%. Comfort wise i actually like all 3 pretty equally. For microphone quality, the Arctis 7 has the best microphone but the other 2 are still very good and perfect for chatting in game. The LS30 has roughly the same battery life as the Arctis 7 from what i have noticed. The Cloud Flight without led lights on wins with avout 30hrs of battery. Price wise i was able to get the LS30 for about $40 less than the others. I honestly could have just bought the LS30 first and been completely satisfied with them. As it stands right now the LS30 is my daily driver headset that i use the most and the other 2 are sitting in my closet. I cannot recommend the LS30 enough.

The sound quality is good as is the battery life
I bought these in September 2016 and now on January 27 2018 the USB jack broke off so I can't charge them anymore. The sound quality is good as is the battery life. I didn't hear any complaints for people I played with about mic quality or background noise. And they are comfortable. If I looked down they would start to slide off my head. However, the build quality is lacking. The material covering the ear cushions started coming off after 6 months or so. It didn't change the comfort, but it did look terrible. The plastic covering the band cracked after 9 months. They seem glitchy sometimes. For example, if I turn them on before signing into my account the volume maxs out and I can't mute the mic until I turn it off and on. In the last few months they would randomly shut off seconds after turning it on and then work fine.I mainly purchased these because they had a metal band instead of plastic and I've had multiple headsets where the bands have broken. In the end these didn't last any longer than the last two pairs I had with plastic bands.Unless LucidSound improves their build quality I'd pass on these.

Good: 1
I'm using it on PC which isn't officially supported, but it works.Good:1. Pretty comfortable. Not the best, but far from the worst.2. Good wireless sound.3. Good MIC too.4. Adjusting volume with the sliders is cool.Bad:1. Top of the headset cracked after a few months. I don't remember breaking it by doing something stupid.2. Power button is super finicky. Have to hold it too long to turn it on etc. Doesn't always turn on. Requires holding button too long.3. No charge indicator.4. Setting up the audio is a bit confusing. Gotta play with the sound controls a lot to get it right. Not a bad headset, but I really wonder about the Skull Candy set in the same price range.

Fanciest package I seen in a long time
The headset is alright but the packaging, WOW! Slide the black box out and there is a pull that opens the magnetic closure. Large instruction manual in a sleeve in the top and the headset in a plastic holder that also has another lid to open that takes you to the cords and USB dongle. If only I could sit in the box because it would make a pretty nice pretend car.The headset is pretty fancy too. The second thing I noticed is its weight. A whopping 12.6ozs. Sony's PlayStation Gold 7.1 is about 8oz's and Logitech's PX3 weighs it around 9oz's. I thought I was going to have to wear a neck brace.Comparing those three wireless headsets, the PX3 is my all time favorite for volume due to my already poor hearing. The PX3 will turn up the loudest. But too much as it bothers even my deaf self. The PlayStation Gold's volume is no match for the PX3's but I can still hear very well. The Lucid Sound comes in about the middle for max volume. I can turn it down a bit from max volume and still hear fine. The Lucid Sound is also very simple. I have not used it for chat yet so I also have not plugged in the boom mic. Just have to remember the side with the ports is the left. That way you also don't get the game volume and mute mixed up with the chat volume and mute rings and buttons. Left ear has the power button, micro USB charge port, chat cable port and boom mic port. The right side has the three level EQ button.Currently I just use the Lucid Sound with the Xbox One. All that needed to be done was plug in the USB dongle and the Toslink optical adapter cable into the Xbox to the dongle. If I wanted chat, include the boom mic and the cable from the headset to the controller.A great headset for this guy that has a constant high pitched ringing in his ear. Now to shop Amazon for a neck support.

Best looking Gaming head set with outstnding sound quality and build quality.
Just arrived and tested now for 3 hours on Xbox One, and so far love them. The sound quality is outstanding.Connecting and set up easy as 1-2-3.Comfort, after a few minutes (10-15) didn't notice I had them on.The blue light to let you know the mic is muted is a great feature, as well as having all the controls right on the headset, lets not forget the versatility to work with anything, not just for gaming.I would rate these higher them my Steel Series and Turtle Beach's for over all sound and comfort, as for looks hands down these look much better then any other gaming head set on the market.

Bad connection/software
--5 MONTH UPDATE--The headset continuously cuts out and disconnects. I also hear annoying pops randomly, I absolutely cannot recommend this headset anymore.Pros: Good buildGood micComfy when worn inChat and game mix on the flyCons: Software to update was super finicky, I think the USB port on the headset is extremely cheap and doesn't have good connection. It will randomly disconnect from my PS4 for about 3 seconds then come back. Very annoying and still does it after update. It's rare, but most people would consider this a deal breaker.

Best headset I've owned
I've been looking at this headset for months knowing I needed a new pair. I primarily use this headset for Xbox One with no issues. I love the EQ settings and the stealth volume adjustments and mute buttons. This headset works best with the chat adapter on Xbox One, but if you don't own one, the chat volume adjustment may not work, but an adapter is only an extra $30. I recommend to everyone, I love this headset!Edit: The right ear cup on my first LS30 headset went dead by itself and I issued a return and replace. On my second pair, the plastic headband has snapped in the middle and I have contacted them again. If you have a larger head, this headset may not work for you.

Breaks Easily
When it works, the headset is great, however, it seems prone to breaking. I purchased my LS30 in May of 2017, only to have a strange static feedback in the right ear as well as issues with the power button. I sent the headset to Lucidsound 4 months later to have repairs done, which they promptly did (I give their customer service credit. They were great to deal with). The new headset lasted 11 months before the mic completely stopped working and after talking with customer service and trying a couple methods to attempt to fix it, we determined that the headset needed to be sent in for repairs. Since receiving this 3rd headset back from Lucidsound, it has only managed to make it through almost 6 months before breaking once again, though this time it won't hold a charge or turn on.Like I said, this product is good when it works, and Lucidsound customer service is fantastic, but because of its tendency to break, I would not recommend this product.

Good connectivity but non lasting materials
I bought a LS30 mid October 2018 and I was very satisfied with it until late 2019.The various cable that comes with the packages allowed me to use it for my computer and cellphone easily. The wireless usb key is plug and play so I could just unplug the jack and start using wireless when necessary.I also faced some tickly noise when on wireless but only when my microwave would run and me being next to it. I assumed it was simply intereference so it not bothered me that much. However, the Earpads started taking off slowy and the main plastic frame also broke (see pictures). Taping the frame was a OK solution for me but the not the earpads. Unfortunately it looks like the are no such LS30 compatible (round) earpads anymore (2020) and all earpads are oval shaped.I would not recommend buying the product right now, I don't this it still available anyway.I don't think I'll buy from the same brand again as I don't believe the other headset will have very different materials. I was expecting more from a 200$ headseat, my previous Roccat lasted me 5/6 years.
