Plastic case was dented

Ive always been a Craftsman guy granted they are not made in the same location but I still trusted the quality of their tools. However I was completely stunned when I received my new 232 pc CMMT45300 tool set for my collection, and as soon as I opened the top portion you can see on the Picture I provided that there where 4 SAE wrenches that are supposed to be included. Unfortunately an Exchange for my purchase was not an option according to the Amazon representative who took my call the only 2 options where send back for a refund and I can re buy which would cost me much more because I bought the kit while on Sale and the second choice I got was to get a $30.00 credit to purchase the missing tools this is ok however from a tool collectors perspective we all know that the tools purchased separately wont match exactly to the ones missing on the kit. I am a little concerned about the quality control department at Craftsman tools because missing 4 wrenches which are significant in size unlike screwdriver bits and they are placed on the very first teer of the kit , the very fist thing that a Consumer will see yet it was somehow overlooked by quality control it is very concerning and also makes me weary about getting the 2 sets Part Number176863 one for our race trailer one for our You Tube shop as well as the 41" 16 drawer combo chest for the You Tube shop and the 41" 6 drawer work bench for the Race Trailer that I was going to buy because I am concerned I wont get the complete sets or parts missing and it will once again pose the same issues of no exchange and have to buy tools separately or refund and re buy at a higher price. I believe that it was a MAJOR oversight that I definitely was NOT expecting to find. I believe that it is SUPER IMPORTANT that Craftsman /Stanley/Black & Decker Inc should catch wind of this review so that they can step up their quality control if once again they would like to win the trust of the people who for years Trusted their Brand. This has saddened me greatly because the brand that my Great grandfather my Grand fathers both paternal and maternal my Father , I as well as so many others had trusted for so many years and generations would have such a BIG OVERSIGHT. this type of issues don't only cost their customers money, but also brings a lot of headache for the retail sellers of their brands. I am a very honest truthful yet outspoken person in our YouTube Channel and all our social media platforms and This is something that needs the attention of Craftsman/ Stanley and Black & Decker inc. I personally would like to hear from them about their plans to make Craftsman tools a TRUE household name again. However as of right now I will have to stop my Craftsman's set collection since miss matched items wont hold in a collectors market Perhaps start collecting and using another Real Mc Coy Brand, SK Tools, Matco, SnapOn, Cornwell IDK we shall see

The price is good for what you get, however my son used the 3/8 inch ratchet for about a week in the shop and the ratchet stripped out and wouldn’t ratchet. Couldn’t figure out how to just return the ratchet so we just purchased another one.

Evidently (no pun intended) it’s not too durable because mine arrived today with a very noticeable dent in top left corner ! Was purchased as a gift , but I just can’t give a present that looks like it was bought at a scratch & dent sale !
