Exactly what I needed -- four Rx per day, each day can be removed, case to carry full week
As noted in my stars -- overall, these are the BEST PILL CASES I have found so far! There are a few things I would change -- slightly larger compartments (would rebuy if a 25% larger set was available!), a clear holding case, and easier-to-read and label for my own times compartments. I literally have four of these :-D and they make EVERYTHING easier for me for both home and travel use.WHAT I LIKE = [1] I was so glad to find a four-a-day Rx case! [2] Being able to remove each day to carry with me is very important; each day is very easy to remove and the lids stay closed in my pocket without any problem. [3] The case which holds all seven days also closes well and is very efficient -- just the right dimensions to hold all of the individual days with a little bit of room to make it very easy to remove a day. [4] I also like that I can order the days in the sequence I need -- for example, if I travel for a few days and am leaving on Wednesday, I can set the case up to hold Wednesday to the following Tuesday. [5] I like having the by-day and by-dose visuals as I can then review whether I have taken my meds each day. [6] On days where my dexterity is not great, both the holding case and the four compartments on the daily cases are pretty easy to open as there's a well-defined ridge / clasp which I can pull or press up to open the case / portion. [7] Corollary being that the holding case and individual portions stay closed in my bag / pocket -- which is a great relief and improvement over others that have those press-release tabs which can open accidentally. I don't find I need to put these into a tightly-fitting bag to ensure they stay closed, so long as I have them in a structured space like pocket by itself, case in bag with book / laptop / other support (versus jumbling around in a loose bag).TIP for those of us who receive 30 day supplies = I bought four of these so I can make sure I have all of the Rx and supplement amounts which I need for the next four weeks -- this has been VERY HELPFUL for me to get a view of what refills or purchases I need to make in the next few weeks.WHAT I WOULD CHANGE = [1] I wish the compartments were slightly larger -- especially the first and last of the four per day -- as I have more things I need to take first / last (every 12 hours) and have to specifically place my Rx, vitamins, and supplements to make sure the lid will close. [2] I wish the case was clear rather than a dark smoked grey; being able to see the individual day cases through the cover would be better for me. I have had to label the covers of each of the cases so I know which week it is (one through four). I have to open the case and pull out each day to see whether I have everything I need in each container. [3] I wish the labeling on the four compartments was higher contrast -- the thin black text on the VERY NICE bright colors is very hard to read. [4] I wish the labeling on each of the four compartments was VERY SIMPLE like numbers - 1, 2, 3, 4 -- or letters -- A, B, C, D -- rather than the busy "time of day" text and icon. [5] I think the day of the week -- e.g., Mon, Tue, etc -- does not need to be on each of the four compartments; put it on the first one at the top and keep extra space on each of the compartments. [6] Recommendation for compartment labels = top-align; day of week only on first compartment; LARGE NUMBERS which are in turn likely to be able to be felt by those of us with vision limitations; CONSIDER ADDING BRAILLE RAISED NUMBER DOTS; do not put time-of-day; leave space (at least half of available surface) for labelling by marker or label for time-of-day.TIP for those of us with specific hours of day to take each portion = I used a label maker and printed out a chain of seven (7) of the times I need to take my meds, clipped them out as essentially very small stickers, and applied to each compartment -- now, I have high-contrast (black text on white background) on each compartment with added benefit of being able to see the labels through the dark gray case. NOTE: I would also print out Mon, Tue, etc. labels if I were to do it again and apply those to the top of the first compartment; I cannot read the day and it is difficult to discern the color through the dark gray case.

Exactly what I needed
Updated** 6/29/25Original Post 12/6/24Absolutely LOVE this!To start, I've been looking for a new medication organizer for some time. I had a weekly organizer previously but it did not have removable pods. Which meant if I was going to be out for the day I could either take my entire week of medication, in the flat organizer (and hope nothing popped one ,or more of the little doors open) or take out whichever doses I thought I might need (and hope it didn't take longer) and find another container(s) to carry each doses in. It was not a reliable method.Several months ago I found (what I thought) was the answer, a weekly - 4 time a day organizer with removable days. I was pretty excited...until I got it. While the days were in a holder, it did not have a top. When I looked further I found the most of doors on each of the pods wouldn't stay closed, not to mention how small it was. So I began the search, again. When I found these, I saw they had somewhat mixed reviews...some had trouble with the case, some thought the pods were going to be too small to hold meds. For the price, I was willing to give it a try.I have to admit when it first arrived, I too was concerned about the size. It's considerably smaller than the original 1 piece flat organizer I had. Roughly the size of my kindle paperwhite. However, it was definitely bigger than the first one I bought with the removable days. And finally to the review.I bought 2 with the hope they'd do well and then I could go back and get 2 more, enabling me to organize 4 weeks of meds at a time. So far, they've been PERFECT!As far as the case, while I haven't had any issues, I could see how others might. It is a bit thinner, maybe slightly brittle and probably a bit less durable than the day pods. That said though, I think with care it could be just as long lasting. The Pods (Days) are color coded in a rainbow of colors to keep each easily organized at a glance. Easily removable, the doors click closed and seem to hold well so far, allowing me to take a day (or more) of meds along with me without issue or the worry of it popping open.So far I haven't had any issues whatsoever, but I will update over the next few months if I have any trouble. It's definitely worth the money and I will be ordering the 2nd set soon.**The only immediate thing I would like to note is this is NOT a childproof container and would be EASILY opened by a child so please keep this (and ALL medication) out of reach in a secure location.Update 6/29/25**Ok, it's been almost 7 months since I purchased these and I have to say, they're still WONDERFUL! No broken pieces, trouble opening each day (or keeping them closed). The compact size makes them (either the individual day pods or the full flat) easy to carry (In a purse, overnight bag, etc.) without getting in the way or being bulky but still fit a good number of sizable pills. I usually have 8+ pills in each section of the day with a ton of space left. The only (slight) negative (more an annoyance) is when you're trying to refill the flat with the pods still in it (which I recommend) is that the little open doors can be a bit tricky to work around once in a while. (Probably more because arthritis and small objects don't always work well together.I DEFINITELY recommend them and will buy again.

Organized, easy to use, sturdy
This is an easy to fill & easy to use pill case. It is roomy. I bought one for my husband, liked it so much I bought one for myselfI only take pills once a day so I can actually use this small container for 4 weeks worth of pills.(nice if you travel) My husband takes pills three times a day & this is just perfect for one week for him. Less confusing too because you can lift out the single day’s container. Great value for the money! Would highly recommend & will definitely buy it again as needed.

This box is super secure and very convenient!
I should have gotten this long ago! As someone who takes multiple medications throughout the day, this prescription box allows me to pull out the section for the specific day without the bulk of the entire week. This was especially useful during a recent overnight out of town. There are 4 sections for each day, each with a secure cap that provides the security that the pills are safe and sound. I refill the box once a week and then pull out each day, one at a time, as needed. Overall a quality product at an excellent price.

Perfect pillcase
I purchased this pill case to replace the hospital provided pill case after my liver transplant. As I currently take about 30 pills a day, the case is deep enough to hold all my medications. The tops are easy to open and yet seal nice and tight when closed, and being able to take a days worth of pills with me when I’m out and about is very convenient!
